Easy process of getting the car washed after loading the app on my iPhone and buying a particular wash for the car. The attendant was polite and helpful.

Disappointed

I have had good experiences before, but have noticed on a couple of occasions that the wash I paid for is not the wash that shows on the board when leaving the car wash as the wash I received. I was willing to let the first one pass as an error, but this has happened multiple times and is disappointing.

Rude with attitude

Very rude with attitude members of staff, made me feel uncomfortable, being ignored didn't help either
I don't think I'll be visiting IMO car wash again
