Not Professional
Paid for wash and wax via the app, when I got there, I was told I couldn’t go through the machine due to roof rack. Also was told that the wax bit of the machine wasn’t working anyway (they did not tell the other customers this). I was not offered any type of a refund, they just shrugged their shoulders. Waste of £12.

Good staff
Good staff, always helpful.
Downside is there is something always not working, I see the wheel brushes have been removed, so the cars cills don't get washed now.

Quick and good clean.
Had a triple wash and car came out shiny and clean, drive in and follow the simple instructions with a minute or two wait.

Good clean at a reasonable price
Good clean at a reasonable price (~£6 for a low maintenance clean). Didn't manage to get ALL the bird excrement off the car, but most of it was off and the final polish was shiny.

I’ve always preferred to hand wash my car, but that’s not feasible with the hosepipe ban. I wasn’t sure what to expect when I pre-paid an XTR Ceramic wash, and was disconcerted to see a queue at the car wash.
I needn’t have worried - the queue was processed very quickly, the technicians waved me forward and the car was sprayed, scrubbed, cleaned, and dried and has emerged looking (almost) as good as new. Very pleased.
