Carwash is convenient on my route to…

Carwash is convenient on mu route to work, have used it 3 times with this vehicle, due the the shape of the car (suv) the mechanical rollers miss large portions of the tailgate. Despite pointing the out at the beginning of wash 2 & 3, I was left with dirty straps where the operative with the brush / lance also missed parts of the tailgate. I understand why the machine misses my car, due to shape, but the operative could have easily rectified this manually, especially when I specifically asked twice!
