The car wash actually broke down while…
The car wash actually broke down while I was in it - but the way the sole worker handled the situation was excellent. He was just working so hard and remained calm and courteous although he was under such a lot of pressure - the whole queue needed to reverse. This is a guy on the minimum wage. Outstanding personal service - received with gratitude. His name is Ali (I think) and he's working in Taunton.

Paid for an HD Ultra
Paid for an HD Ultra.
Still had some bird poo left & my wheels were not that clean.
Staff were great but the main machine didn't clean my car to the standard I expected.

So happy with my clean car!
I always get my car washed at the same IMO car wash at Milton of Craigie, Dundee. I buy my vouchers online because it is so easy. I love it because the operator there recognises me and always greets me with a smile and a few words. He is thorough when prepping my car and I always leave the car wash feeling happy with the result.

when im feeling lazy i always use the car was at asda cribbs causeway. This time i downloaded the app whilst waiting in the que and purchased a wash it took over an hour before it showed in my wallet by that time i purchased a wash got home and cooked my dinner. The staff were great as always, shame the app isn't the same.

I visited first time and I got diamond…

The car wash was good however....
The car wash was good however..... I ask every time if they can clean the wheels and they are always still dirty when the car wash it's done. They spray something on them then jet wash so they never get a good scrub.
