Several cars in front of me but the wait was minimal I paid using a code on a poster while waiting which was easy to do the staff were helpful

The wash was great the attendant could do with some customer service skills. A simple good morning / afternoon and a smile would be appreciated.

Good value car wash
Not the best as best as it missed bits, but that is too be expected with the limited automation and brushed etc.however, given the limited spec it did a decent job of getting the worst of it clean. Happy with the result.

In places, the car is still dirty (mostly the back). Water marks down the side near the fuel flap and wing mirror housing. I didnt find the employees all that enthusiastic about cleaning yet another car.

The finish has a good shine but that's the only compliment I can give. From a process point of view. I think it only needs 1 person at the start of the clean and maybe the 2nd person can have a microfiber handy at the end doing quality checks to ensure a total dry off/sparkling finish. Its never a bad idea to check your own work to ensure it meets the standard.

Other better and cheaper options locally.

The water smelled terrible and me windows were dirty afterwards. I still had leaves after the 1 second high pressure

The actual car wash was pretty good but I finished up paying twice! The QR payment system sent me a QR code to show the attendant but got lost off the screen. No email confirmation of payment so went through the whole process (including payment) again. Finally got car washed - confirmation emails arrived 10 minutes later. Not majorly happy!!

Car cleaned well and attentive service.

Whole process was wrong and had white marks everywhere in my black car.

Friendly staff. Reasonable prices. And a great wash everytime.

Smooth easy process

There was a bit of a wait but that's fine. what was irksome though was that the display boards did not show what program was selected so I don't know if I actually had a HD wash or if I was being ripped off with a cheaper one

Brilliant car wash with manual partial pre wash. Watch for a bit of a tight entry and Read the instructions before entering.

The Bedford car wash broke as I was waiting and unfortunately for me after I had paid. I’ve got a car covered in the pre wash and after 20mins it was suggested I come back later. I couldn’t as I don’t live in Bedford and was only passing thought. Just a waste of money really.

It was the first time I used a car wash as a driver at 53 yrs. I bought the £20 wash and it looked amazing afterwards.
The reason for four stars is that it rained that night and the car looked the same the next morning as a car that hadn't had the full treatment. Maybe it's me, but I expected maybe the water to run off with the ceramic finish rather than evaporate leaving loads of dust like normal.
I'll definitely be back, but I'll take a cheaper wash option in future.
