1st time I’ve used your car wash, wow was I surprised, I usually go to the guys who wash the cars themselves, think I’ve used them for the last time. I’m definitely a fan of yours now.

Arrived at 8 for opening, staff member said it would be a 10 min wait, I was happy to wait. After 15 mins and watching him put the kettle on for a cup of tea he told me with no apology that the car wash was broken. By this point another car had parked behind me in the que, after some stern words he suddenly got it working again. I purchased a pack of 3 car washes, after I have finished these I’ll never use a IMO car wash again poor poor customer service.

Paid for the £15 wash when I got home…
Paid for the £15 wash when I got home there was still dirt and Birds mess on my car and my wheels were still dirty, which I would kind of expect if it was the cheapest wash option. I went back there to explain that my car is still dirty and could they wash it again I even showed them that I paid by showing them on my online banking statement they said they would not wash again and made myself and 6 other customers reverse back on to the Main road which in my opinion isn’t the right way to deal with these situation’s, will I use this car wash again most definitely not and this is a shame as there is competition directly across the road from the Barry town Branch

The staff were courteous and took care not to put the pressure lance into wheels, as I've had with other car washes. The car came out looking pristine
