IMO Car Wash Reviews 

I purchased full programme for the automatic cleaning. Although the wash offer extra services at no extra cost (floor mats machine - self service) or hoover (again self service) I was not informed upfront nor was given the chip for the machine. The dryer is of average quality which resulted in many water spots. Staff does not speak english.

I like IMO but whenever their staff change it goes from down hill rapidly. I used the Littlehampton branch this time and as usual decided to purchase a bundle of washes through the app. Whilst waiting for the app to load my new purchases, the attendant got stroppy and said I should have purchased them at home. Rather than get into an argument I just bought another wash. They then didn’t do the pre wash spray. I pointed this out and got grunted at but it still didn’t get done. To top it off when I got to into the car wash I put my car into car wash mode as usual but the guy was aggressive and saying I wasn’t doing it right. IMO can be good but they can be also awful

Windscreen and windows not cleaned

Came out of the car was and my windscreen was still dirty,and drip marks on side of car.

Nice and quick but if you are on your own and aren’t sure what happens it’s not very clear how to pay ! Well not to me anyway 🤣

It's an IMO, they wash your car and generally good value. My car wasn't as clean when it came out this time. Think it was mostly down to a poor prewash. Although the fleecy drying things barely touched the car at the end either.

The wash I purchased on the app isn't available at my car wash. They rushed me through and the dryer wasn't as good as previously. My car and windows/glass are covered with white spots.
It doesn't look clean and so very disappointed with the £12 wash.
Won't rush back

I’ve been a regular customer at IMO Car Wash in Houghton Regis for years, but the standard of service has declined significantly. Previously, staff would pre‑wash the vehicle with soapy water and a hand brush, including the windows, windscreen, and bumpers. This step made a big difference to the final result.Recently, and especially during my visit yesterday, they’ve stopped doing any proper preparation. Cars are pushed straight through the machine at speed, and the wash quality is nowhere near what it used to be.I purchased a 12‑wash prepaid deal in good faith, but I now regret it. If refunds was possible, I would request one. The service feels rushed, inconsistent, and focused more on volume than customer satisfaction.

Paid for top service. And again 2nd time I've had a car still dirty when pulling out wheels wernt even touched. Waste of money. And the works rather site on there phones then work.

Marks left on car following wash. £20 internal valet was extremely poor. Basically a hoover only. Very disappointing

The service provides a convenient and effective car wash experience, resulting in a clean and gleaming exterior. While I primarily utilize the exterior wash, I recommend a thorough interior cleaning when time permits.
