Is great excellent value and quality, I am very busy so that’s perfect to keep my car clean and shiny it was my first time using the app and I love it and lots of benefits

Offer for the most expensive wash
Offer for the most expensive wash, only £5 but my car was not clean and not dry when I left. The wing mirrors were full of spider webs and I pointed out where there was some bird 💩 so they could blast it off, but it was still there. Won’t be bothering again

When washing the back windscreen
When washing the back windscreen, the young guy popped off the rear windscreen wiper casing. What appeared to be his supervisor (who was smoking inside the covered first part of the car wash), came over and popped it back on. It came off again during the wash, so I had to press it back in properly.

Your car wash doesn't dry the car properly so you end up with water spots all over the car and glass. Not worth £21. Extremely disappointed.

The pre wash was very quick and not very thorough. They usually do a good job of removing bird poo, but this week it was like they couldn't be bothered.

Was given a cheaper car wash than I paid for
I paid for a Titanium HD wash but as I drove through the car wash the panel halfway through showed the wash I was getting was a Triple Foam. I took pictures and showed it to the guy at the entrance, who with a big queue waiting, said that was for the car in front of me. But this is not normal as every other time it has always shown me the wash I paid for. So it seems quite clear I did not get the wash I paid extra for

Won’t be using again
Only paid £5 for the £19.99 top wash and I’m glad I didn’t pay full price …… still had bird muck on when I left and the alloys were still filthy . Won’t be using again I’d rather go to the hand wash.
