The vacuum cleaner was defect

The vacuum cleaner was defect
The employee was approached to provide another coin but he did not provide one as he disappeared somehow
There were not cats in the queue maybe he went to the washing room ?
Anyhow I could not clean the entire car which was disappointing

Great

Easy application. First time here and went for the most expensive and the attendant jumped to action. Car looks lovely.

The finished product was poor

The finished product was poor. There were also water marks everywhere and dirt still remaining. I'm not convinced that I got the product I bought i.e. the Ceramic XTR. I asked about the tyre dressing and was told that this branch won't do it despite it being included in the price.
