Very satisfied with service

I just bought one of the £5 summer deals and discovered that up to 19th August was not only for buying the wash but also using it. I’m away and not back until the 25th and thought one of the first things I’ll need to do is get the car washed so seemed a bargain. Maybe I should have read the t’s&c’s. Hey ho

I will not be coming using you again. I came out of the wash still dirt on my wheels looks bloody terrible and under well arch .. I know he jet washed that part not good enough job .

Checked the opening times online which say 630pm closing. I turned up last night after work at the Clough Road, Hull location at 1750, scanned the qr to pay online, paid for my wash and the worker came out and closed the carwash and when i asked why he said "it's not my problem we close at 6". So i said online says 630 so that needs changing of so and being 1752 even if you close at 6 thats early still. Staff member didn't care, customer service needs working on and times need to be clarified on opening and closing. Luckily i can use the carwash i paid for within a month but I'm very unhappy with the location.

I'm a big fan of IMO Car Wash. The team are friendly, they do a good job & the prepaid feature is handy. I also like that they recycle their water, which feels especially worthwhile in this spell of very dry weather.
They're thorough with the pre-wash. My car is fairly old so I go for the cheaper option & it does the job perfectly well... they still give it a proper scrub & the £8.50 eco wash is all I really need. The location suits me too, as I can get some shopping done at the same time.
With the hosepipe ban in force across Hampshire, you can't hose the car down at home at the moment, so short of a bucket & sponge this is the sensible option. Even when there's a queue, they move customers through quickly. Definitely worth a visit.

Got the most expensive wash with every thing in it it only lasted 2-4 minutes and when I got home 2 minutes away the car was still all marked at the front and the back so very disappointed

Didn’t clean the car properly.
Still smudges from dead bugs.
I would expect better from a triple foam wash.

My car was very dirty and the lad at Washington road Sunderland used the brush to clean it a lot , thought he would have just gave it a quick brush then through , but he spent more time than I expected cleaning it

Even after cleaning there was so much dirt on my rims and windshield
