I paid for the top wash ceramic xtr
I paid for the top wash, ceramic xtr and tbh I wasn't impressed, I still found myself cleaning the bits it had missed, and a day later after driving only 2 miles in dry conditions, its filthy certainly didn't repel dirt and grime for me.
Very disappointed, i get a better shine and finish by washing it myself at home.

I purchased an eco wash before going to the car wash, once I got to the car wash the Eco wash and Eco wash plus were not working! Therefore I had to purchase an additional wash.

Actually a really good outfit
Actually a really good outfit. Staff are professional and quick. Work is top quality and prices are very reasonable. Overall price might be a bit high but you get a top notch job as a result.

Unclear, vague instructions from operator (apparently he showed me what he wanted me to do through a windscreen covered in soap... he also gave vague hand wiggles which were meant to mean something)
Car... still dirty after wash. Wheels hardly any difference compared with prewash,
