Completely useless and waste of money!
One of the many that take advantage of the housing crisis without providing useful services. I took the 28E subscription in September-2025, just to find out that it was only to inform me of listings. No access to brokers, no contact, no viewing appointments...nothing.
I paid for the subscription as I met all of the requirements mentioned in the email. After that every single aparment I applied for, even right after it was posted I recieved the email saying that they have on average 60 other candidates and they will not invite me for a viewing. In my opinion it is a scam and it is not worth paying the registration fee.
It's a scam!! We paid and nothing! We sent many emails, they replied nothing but useless answer.. so bad they play with the hopes of people like that 😭😭
They post apartment listings on free websites, but then send you information saying that you need to register on their website and pay a fee to actually apply for an apartment. It looks like their business model is not real estate, but selling website subscriptions.
