My year in legal limbo – caused by Immocare’s administrative negligence

Despite paying in full in October 2024 with the promise to receive the documents needed to register my address and work legally, I was left in limbo. For nearly 11 months, I was deprived of the ability to earn income, get medical care, or access public services — solely due to Immocare’s refusal to issue a simple Wohnungsgeberbestätigung.
They responded to formal complaints and mediation attempts with silence, threats of eviction, and false claims of outstanding debt — all while ignoring their duties: no repairs, no communication, no accountability.
This has caused long-term financial, emotional, and physical harm. All documentation, correspondence, and ignored warnings are archived. Legal action is underway.
