Our Immersun power diverter broke down after only 3 years of use, there were at least 10 other residents who experienced the same issue,this product is not cheap and is very unreliable.

The greatest test is when things go wrong... and how they are put right!
In my opinion, the greatest test of a company is when things go wrong - how they react and resolve problems and how long this takes.
I purchased an Immersun unit which turned out to have a fault under certain loads.
Communication was great, we worked through some tests but couldn't resolve it this way.
My return was arranged and the fault on my unit was resolved promptly (1 week after it was collected).
There has always been a fast response to my ticket. I could guarantee I would have a reply within a day or less every time.
Thank you, Immersun for the excellent after-sales service, this is my second Immersum unit in 6 years, and not only will I be back again in future, but I will be recommending you and your excellent after-sales support!

I have had issues with Immersun in the past (faulty equipment and bad customer support) but today I used online support via 'chat' because our Immersun stopped working after a power cut and the help I received was excellent.

Have an old unit that was fitted before…
Have an old unit that was fitted before the original company went bust. Several times when i needed support the new owners claimed that they are only supporting the older units out of goodwill and they have no responsibility or obligation to the original owners. Twice they even tried to claim that they are unreliable, catch fire and (surprise, surprise) i should purchase one of their new ones. When i mentioned trading standards and if they now own the intellectual property, i was quickly cut off the app and all communication stopped. Pathetic, will be swappping it for the much better myenergy Eddi very soon.

Just got to clear installation with my electrician ....
At this stage I am still considering whether to order a replacement for my old Eco Immersun. So far the help and advice from (new!) Immersun I've had has been given very quickly. Bad Product and Customer help
I am a contractor; they sold the product we installed it and they are trying to find everything they can to get out of replacing it.
The customer has no hot water, and they are the ones feeling it.
Why are their products out there if they have a design fault.

The company you represent has been ordered by a court of law to pay us a substantial amount for their fraudulent business practices, which we have regrettably fallen victim to. Your review is entirely misleading in content and defamatory. It is pathetic really, especially given that your company has still not settled the amount owed to us.
We have spoken with the end customer whom you appear to have deliberately misinformed, and they will continue using our high-performance power diverter products, hopefully avoiding the incompetence and problems arising from your company.

Bought the original version (made by eco4 who sold company brand and product to current manufacturers)...in 2014. Still going strong and infact have now re-established the immerlink functionality courtesy of the very helpful help desk. Works a treat

We had an Immersun fitted recently. It appears to work well, so I've no complaints about its basic functionality.
But there's a serious caveat. If you want to make use of the Immersun app to control the main unit remotely, that will cost you an extra £199.
No,that's not a typo - £199 to connect your Immersun wirelessly.
Seriously? In 2022?
£199 for a glorified WiFi repeater - which connects to the Immersun wirelessly!!
What a rip-off.
