I received no tracking updates, was told multiple times on email that it was on its way. After a month I asked for a refund and was told to wait. I waited another few weeks and again received no tracking info. I again asked for a refund and they said they would refund me. Never refunded me. I emailed again and finally received a refund (10 weeks after ordering), I was also told that when they received the clothing back from wherever it went to they would send it to me “as a sign of good grace”. Never received it. Been 4 months lol.

Although their website says there are free returns you have to email them to return an item and they don't reply.
Also the parcel seemed to come from China - it had a label on it in Mandarin

The item I ordered and paid for did not arrive as expected - however I did eventually receive an email explaining that they were awaiting new stock. I have the leggings now - the fit is great and they are good quality, well made and perfect for my fitness regime.
