AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
I had the absolute worst experience dealing with IMLANDA.
I initially wanted to return a slipcover that I didn't want (it was shedding everywhere), but the customer service representative kept offering me discounts to the product, even after I told them that I didn't want it in the first place and wanted to return it, according to their return policy, which allows for returns within 14 days.
After much back-and-forth (and wasting the timeframe to return the slipcover), I found out I had to go through the hassle of returning it to a NEW YORK address and pay for the shipping (which luckily was on my route as I had a trip home scheduled anyway).
To my surprise, when the package arrived at their designated New York address, their customer service representative had the audacity to tell me that they couldn't accept the return because the return window had passed.
This all being said, I would recommend people to avoid this company at all costs and steer clear of their shady business practices.
