Extremely Poor Service

My parcel was delivered to the wrong address, despite clear photographic evidence proving this. I am Unit 2, which is located up a driveway and is a separate dwelling. The courier delivered the parcel to Unit 1, a different residence that faces the road.
The courier’s own photos clearly show: The Unit 1 letterbox/The front door of Unit 1 where the parcel was left/The parcel label clearly displaying Unit 2 as the delivery address. Despite this, iMile has twice responded that the parcel was delivered to the “correct address” and according to their SOPs. They then stated the parcel was “lost due to being left unattended,” which is an absurd conclusion given it was left at the wrong property altogether.
This company has refused to take any responsibility despite indisputable evidence from their own driver. I have now blocked iMile from being used by the retailer I purchased from, as I will not risk losing parcels due to poor service and accountability.
If zero stars were an option, that’s what I would give.

Very poor service from iMile

Very poor service from iMile. I requested a return pickup on 17/01/2026, but no one contacted me or came for pickup. Customer service gave incorrect information saying a pickup person was assigned. When I contacted the pick up person, he said he had no pickup request at all. There is no coordination between the company and the pick up person. They also deliveries packages very late at night (9–10 PM) and call for OTPs without prior notice. Extremely unprofessional service. I do not recommend this delivery company.

lazy drivers…

(edit: today i went outside and stood at the door waiting for the delivery driver and right as i was about to leave a message came saying i wasnt home so it couldnt get delivered, exscuse me what? noone even came!)like many others i myself want to put a 0 star rating. at first it was my fault because i didnt see the delivery driver calling me but he could have just clicked the buttons to call me on my house phone so i can open the door, wich he was too lazy to do, then the next day i was waiting (been waiting for 8 days already) and i didnt get a call nor a message just shein texted me that i wasnt home so it couldnt be delivered. even the company tracking didnt update and tell me that. delivery driver was again too lazy to even call or ring the bell he just probably stood there realized i wasnt coming and left. 0/5 definetly never ordering from shein while they use imile. do not reccomend never got my package.

Received early and in good condition

Received items in good condition and ahead of time. I also received a text to let me know if had been delivered. They don't send a pic to show where they left it or if someone signed/received it though, which I like, but as I said items arrived early and in good condition - very happy with the service

They left the parcel at a pickup…

They left the parcel at a pickup station, and I didn’t receive any pickup code from them to open the locker and collect it. I simply didn’t get any pickup code at all. The support on their website is a joke, and reporting any issues through their official page is also a joke. This is the worst delivery service that has ever delivered anything to me. They shouldn’t even be allowed to operate in Europe!

Worst ever courier company experienced

Worst service Do Not Use. We live in an apartment building. Driver is on camera pulling into driveway . Not getting out and pressing intercom for apartment number. Instead we received update failed delivery none home no where safe to leave. We were at home all day waiting for this parcel to be delivered. Drivers Lie. Customer service agents Lie . Spoke to 4 different agents and got 4 different stories. Every one in this company Lies. They say driver phoned me. When I insisted on being given the number he phoned . The number was not even in the same State.

iMile shouldn’t be allowed to operate in Europe!

I waited at home for the parcel all day, and not only did no one even touch the doorbell, but they probably left the parcel at a pickup station, and I didn’t receive any pickup code from them to open the locker and collect it. Horrible experience

Purchased on AliExpress and they deliver with this nasty company imile. Package stuck in LUCCA warehouse for 2 weeks. No way to contact them and ask for delivery. Email and number don’t work and can’t find no solution…. Terrible shipping company and shame on AliExpress for using this carrier

imile should not be operating in Australia

A company where a ZERO star rating should be an option & also should be further investigated as to how they are still able to be a logistics provider in Australia.
I recently had a parcel with 2 false attempted delivery updates citing the delivery could not be made due to the driver/s being in an accident on 2 different days, but on both occasions the tracking did not move at all. When the delivery was finally made during the day on the 5/1/26 it was dumped outside the gate on the street of the delivery address where the business was open and staff were onsite to accept deliveries. I was just lucky that a person who knows me found the parcel so collected it before it was stolen. I have already advised the company that I purchased from that I will not give them anymore business while they use imile as the logistics provider as they are not a reputable company in Australia.

Company FAILED to show up for delivery TWICE now for the same package. There is no updates on website and neither is any response on my enqueries I sent by text, by phone, by email. This company established by money greedy CEO who DOES NOT PROVIDE DELIVERY service.

Can't deliver to a parcel locker

Can't deliver to a parcel locker. Driver said no depot collection available, suggested I meet him somewhere but now not answering txts to arrange pick up. Responses from company in Chinese on website.
Hopefully parcel gets returned to sender, as I doubt I'll ever get it.

The worst delivery company ever. The deliveryman is very irresponsible and disrespectful. I'm supposed to have my delivery today and after 8 pm he updated that our details are inaccurate. When I called him, he informed me he didn't have space to bring my package. Disappointed

IMILES is THE worst delivery services I have ever dealt with.

They falsely claimed two delivery attempts, stating that I was not at home. This is completely untrue. I was home both times, and we have security cameras covering the entrance. There is absolutely no footage of any courier showing up, no doorbell, no knock, nothing. The delivery attempts were simply invented.

After this, I explicitly requested a redelivery. Instead of honoring that request, they sent the package back without notice or justification.

I then tried to resolve the issue by calling customer service three separate times. Every single call led to automated systems only. No way to speak to a real human being, no assistance, no accountability.

This company wasted my time and my money. Fake delivery attempts, ignored requests, unreachable support. Completely unreliable and unprofessional.
Avoid IMILES at all costs.
