quick, easy access, I loved that every video was labeled the best they could.

We took all of our family's film movies dating back to 1966 to iMemories. These were movies I had never seen before — footage of me as a child — and I'm now 87 years old. Thanks to iMemories, my daughters were finally able to see these never-before-seen family memories.
I appreciate their professionalism and attention to detail, as well as the speed of their processing. Isis, who I spoke with several times, answered all of my questions and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. They had my movies turned around in about a week, and I was able to share the links with my entire family. Next we are sending our slides and then all of the photo albums.
We will cherish these memories for the rest of our lives.

This was so expensive, not to include a disk or jump drive. Publishing on a fee based Cloud account is ridiculous

This is better than I expected. I had several VHS recordings of when my children were small and did not really want to loose them, however, my son had figured out he could record from the television at a small age and low and behold some of the precious memories had been lost. That being said, iMemories did a fantastic job of converting them so I did not have to "fast forward" hoping to see the memories I recorded. After shipping the tapes in I discovered another one and they added it to the others without hesitation and included the 50%off that I had thought was over. If I had more I would not hesitate reaching out again.

The turnaround time was great.
There should be a transparent way to know when the download of a file to my PC is finished. I wasted a lot of time and effort by not being able to tell when it was done.
An email said I could edit my videos, but when I followed the instructions, the promised "edit" option in the menu was nonexistent.

I've been using iMemories for quite some time now. Almost completing my entire VHS transfers to digital.
My children, grandchildren and etc. can now see their parents, grandparents and ancestors at the touch of a screen. My grandkids really enjoy watching their parents recitals, ball games, parties and holiday celebrations. They watch their parents grow up! So fun and a precious gift to all.

Service was done in a reasonable amount of time and quality was good. Customer Service was very helpful in helping me complete my order. Overall I was satisfied with the service and quality I received and would used them again!

Fast turnaround & surprisingly good quality. Was surprised at how well the over 60 yrs old films turned out. Even with the discount I hesitated, having doubts the films could be restored. What a surprise to see the results! To see precious memories that were too vague to recall, it was worth the cost. Brought tender joy to remember those times & especially to remember those who have passed away. So thankful for this service. Excellent job!

I don’t know how the digitizing process happens but I was disappointed to find the same content on the three 8mm films I sent in. It’s the same footage but sometimes at the beginning of one video and the end of another. I don’t feel like I got 3 different films digitized. It was also very expensive even with the 50% discount.

My order was completed in a timely manner. Very easy to use app.

Most of the quality of the videos were terrible this last time. Couldn't see them. I get that sometimes it's the recording apparatus but I would have liked some kind of communication from you all concerning the matter. Overall, I have not had issues in the past.

At first this started with a mother's day gift for my mom, I sent in the first nine VHS tapes for her. We received those digitized videos then sent in ten more. We ordered them on a disc..As promised we received our vhs tapes back without any problems as well as the disc we ordered. We are getting ready to send in ten more. The quality, timely manner and the price are well worth saving your memories for your family. Would recommend if your thinking about getting this done, do it! You won't regret it!!! Thank you!!
