Worst Professionalism & Customer Service Ever Experienced!

Ian has demonstrated the worst Professionalism and Customer Service, I've ever experienced!

Visited by sailboat on a Thursday afternoon.
Stated a cost range to install a Hot-water Cylinder, with the install to occur "early next week"
Promised to email a quote that evening or the next day, Friday.

Now a week later, after 4 Texts, 3 Mobile calls, and 1 Email ... I have received NO response whatsoever!

This can best be summed up, by what I was told by another Tradesperson:
"Several tradespersons wouldn't even allow Ian to work on their Dinghy!"
