HORRIFIC.

HORRIFIC.

Sent me cards saying "unable to deliver" but the card did not have a "shipment number" on it. UK Mail's terrible, terrible automated phone system will not allow you to progress beyond the very first "phone screen" without a shipment number.

So if the delivery person refuses to write down a reference number, you are completely screwed and are not allowed to even contact UK Mail!

Absolute shambles of a company.

Absolute shambles of a company.

Will lose any parcels that they have for you even when delivering to one of the DHL service point shops. Then it is impossible to get through to anyone as the automated phone number will say that your tracking number and postcode do not match.

Currently have an Apple watch series 5 that I have absolutely no idea where it is and having to get the company sending it out to chase up as impossible to get through to anyone.

Avoid these clowns like the plague as they are the worst company I have ever attempted to deal with.

It’s not bad- it is the worst courier…

It’s not bad- it is the worst courier ever.
The courier was due to deliver a parcel and claimed that there was no one available to sign for it. Untrue and just made up

This company has no contact number to a customer service agent. i.e. you cannot speak to anyone. The number on the website is only for putting in your tracking number etc and I had also tried to send an e-mail, to send a message on their face book etc – all fails, the links are dead and the e-mail bounces back – as its not working

Finally, after calling DHL (they have some connection unsure how though) did I manage to get in contact with a customer service agent.

The customer service promised to re-arrange deliver for Saturday morning - the driver calls on Saturday morning and says – he cannot get in the door is locked – this is Untrue and just made up. The driver clearly went to the wrong address

I then call customer service and I am told that they cannot give out any information as my name is not on the parcel and it’s not enough with the tracking number and they have no record of my previous calls.

The customer service staff was informed that the parcel contained medical supplies and was urgently required for someone who was ill but still refused to help .

UK Mail is a trading name of DHL Parcel UK Limited and formerly known as Business Post.

Please do not use as it’s not a professional service and it is the worst experience, I ever had from a courier

I have had the same issue with DHL/UK…

I have had the same issue with DHL/UK mail, I ordered an upgrade IPhone 11 from O2 last Thursday for next day delivery, I then recieved one text from dhl saying will be Monday between 6pm and 10pm.

I tried tracking it and showed attempt made on Friday 15th unable to gain access, someone was home all day,. Got to Tuesday this week and still nothing. I phoned O2 who spoke to dhl and was told dhl attempted delivery twice but no access and are now sending phone back. I just called O2 today(Thursday) who then checked with dhl, apparrently the phone has been lost and are unable to send the item back to O2, how do you suddenly lose a £1400 phone parcel!

The company claimed they kept me updated on delivery attempts and everything, I live in a house with clear door numbers. The service is an absolute joke, appears someone has pocketed an early Christmas present

JOKE of a company where do i start

JOKE of a company where do i start ! had a new phone sent out by my phone provider was meant to arrive on Wednesday admittedly they did arrive on time but i wasn't in as i had no notification on what time it would be delivered so the driver left a calling card. Later that day i followed the instruction on the card went online and rearranged the delivery for Thursday which was accepted by the company only to track my delivery in the morning and be told that it was getting delivered on Saturday instead ( Saturday isn't a convenient time for me either) . So after ringing up and somehow managing to speak to someone as normally its all automated i was told by the member of staff that i had gone on there and arranged to collect from they're depot on the Saturday and not for it to be delivered on Thursday which was absolutely not the case as i have plans all day on Saturday and their depot is about 30 miles from my house. I was called a liar by a very rude member of staff to which at that point asked to speak to the manager Shaun who actually was quite helpful cancelled the arrangements that were showing up for the Saturday gave me a new consignment number and told me he would get the package to me for Friday instead (TODAY) but hey ho gone to track this morning and guess what ? My package is delayed and now i can't get through to anyone again and no information on when it will be delivered. STILL waiting ......

UK Mail Have Not Delivered My Parcel & Will Not Commuicate!

Quite simply: the worst courier in the UK, and puppet of DHL!

On September 4th I deposited a parcel. On September 5th it had not been delivered, as it should have been. It is noe September 14th, and still not delivered, and no communication, no up dates, and even though I have complained, they sot back and do nothing! I have been told by InPost that my parcel is going back to their hub, as they could not find the address! That was three days ago, so they can't even find their own address! Please, please, please Government: we need to legislate and close cowboy companies like this down, we need an Ombudsman, and we need action! I will take them to the Small Claims Court. I will cost them whatever it is I have to pay, just for £18.00 and my postage, but I will do this, and I will tell the world what a shambles this company, and ultimately InPost and Parcel2Go and DHL are! All need to be regulated as none of them are! Cowboys!

InPost are NOT a courier

InPost are NOT a courier, and the problem is they lead one to believe they are! They are simply the lockers: nothing more! This should be clearly stated, but it isn't. So, if you do as I did, which is buy a label, it then goes with UK Mail! The WORST courier I have ever dealt with and one I vowed I would never ever use again! This was compounded by the fact I bought via Parcel2Go, and equally useless third party broker! UK mail picked up my parcel, from an InPost locker on September 4th, and on September 6th it was returned to their depot, as they couldn't find the address, YET it is a UK Post Code, and address! It is now September 11th, and despite numerous calls to InPost, and to Parcel2Go, none of them have bothered to pick up a phone to UK Mail, and UK Mail have not attempted to reply to either party, nor try to contact me nor my recipient! I have only just been notified, 7 days later, that the parcel is being returned and that was by an InPost email. I will never use UK Mail again, and everyone should be aware that InPost use UK Mail!!!

Terrible

Terrible, terrible company!!!!

I have an item "supposedly" delivered and signed for - I was working all day 10 miles away and my partner was out at the time of delivery with other people.
The signature they have provided is nothing like either of ours. Nor have any of our neighbours admitted to taking in a parcel for us & they are usually all at work at the time of the delivery.

But whats really terrible is the fact that they just don't care - they say they do but I have rung 3 times so far - twice the driver has promised to phone me, and has not done so and the depot managers of his depot have refused customer services requests for them to call me to try to sort this out - isnt a manager job to manage??
I do not know what to do apart from report the matter to the police as the item missing (but signed for) is gold and quite valuable.

This is the worst company I have ever…

This is the worst company I have ever used.
Customer service is despicable, they blame everybody else for their failure in service, you cant speak to a manager and asking too gets you discounted by them. Dominica and Michael are the worst customer service agents that I have ever encounted.
I brought a 24 hours service from them and they failed to deliver it, still 5 days later and their excuse is that its UK Mail. They refuse to answer why they didn't delivery it on time and still no idea why or when it be delivered.
My advice would be to avoid this company and go to a more reputable one

DHL Parcel/UK Mail are utterly…

DHL Parcel/UK Mail are utterly hopeless. We've had two deliveries from them in the past week. The first took 4 days, constantly using the excuse that they couldn't access the premises, which is a complete lie.The other one we are still waiting for, but they are already using the same excuse.
I urge companies not use their services as the association reflects badly on you as well.
Avoid at all costs.

Lose your parcels and charge you for the privilidge

Lose your parcel, and then charge you for doing it.

We remade the package at our cost, and put a claim in.

They never delivered the remade package, and 'carded the building' and raised a 'check of address'. How can it be both?
We were still invoiced for the lost package, and the never delivered package.

When making a claim, they short paid what the package was worth by over £100.

Very Unprofessional

Very disappointed in iMail. Out of the blue deciding to cancel our service because they believe there to be some compatibility issue with the way we generate PDFs, acknowledging the fault is on their end, then agreeing to fix only in 1 month is a ridiculous way to treat your clients.
