This website is great for toys shopping. You can filter by age and price and easily find what you are looking for. There is such a great variety of toys and shipping is fast.

I have been shopping on this website for about 6 months now, and even made myself an account because of how much I love everything which I found on it. The main reason why I decided to shop here is because of my love for Jelly Cats. I found that there was an extremely large range of jelly cats to chose from that would deliver to me the next day. This is incredible! I also love the feature where I can make my own wish list because this makes it so easy to show to my friends and family if they are wondering what to get for me as a gift. Everything I buy from this shop is high quality and well priced which makes it one of my top recommendations when someone asks me where to buy jelly cats. I think I have bought over 10 jelly cats so far from this website because of how easy and convenient it is to use. The only small thing which I would add to this wonderful app is maybe a feature to share your wish list on social media platforms not just email. Often times, I find that I want to send my wish list to my friends on whatsapp for example, but I cannot due to the restriction to only be able to send it by email. I think adding this feature would not only get the owners of this shop more sales and profit, it would also benefit users by providing them with a more accessible website. Other than that, I love this website and shop, thank you to who created it as it is absolutely amazing!

Nice customer service and fast delivery.

Not my first purchase and my purchases have been largely fine, as expectable.

However in this latest purchase I bought a (~€40) nightlamp as a birthday gift, and it arrived broken (meaning non functioning, rather than damaged in transit)! Sure, happens, however I believe it was a resold lamp (somebody had previously returned it), and not enough attention was given by the company to ensure it was undistinguishable from a new product. For example, aside from the fact that it didn’t work, it also had batteries inside (even though on the packaging it says batteries not included).

Therefore I think the incident is ilovespeelgoed’s fault, which is slightly unfortunate when the customer has to bear the cost of returns.

Two stars instead of one due to my previous experiences that were as expected and the fact that they sell nice toys.

Delivery was very fast and the plushie arrives in perfect condition.
