Disappointed
I ordered a pretty nail set for a present on their website and when it came, some part of the package was damaged (inside and outside).
It came on the same day as the birthday party, so I did not have time to exchange it. Luckily my friend did not mind that the package is little broken so I gave it to her child as a present.
This was not my first time to buy something from ilovespeelgoed and I have never had a problem from previous purchases, so I am quite disappointed that they sent a damaged product.

The order and delivery went very well
The order and delivery went very well. Unfortunately, the product (Teddy Jimmy, Steiff) had one of the arms not properly attached (it was twisted somehow). Not the quality I’m used to from this brand. As we needed it as a present immediately, we kept it despite the flaw.
