Extremely rude and disrespectful staff at Illum boutique in Copenhagen. I only asked for my size, and the lady told me it was her lunch break and I should come back later. Completely unacceptable service.
I'm waiting for my order over 3 weeks now (actually it's almost a month). Delivery time was supposed to be max 2 weeks. However on their website the item is available with 6-8 days delivery time and available in the store to pick up. So is this a scam? They keep my money so I can't order from somewhere else. Illum can not give a delivery date nor possibility to pick it up at the store. It's very stressful as I really need my order by now. Don't recommend to online shop there.
Today we went to buy some sweaters in the children section and the hole wooden mounted display had markings of 30%
Nothing stating few spots were not included. I wish I could put the picture.
We tried the 3 sweaters and went to pay for them. They just told that those were not included.. the reason given was just that they don’t have space and enough signs of new season.
Absolute rubbish poor standard products .. dangerous and not tested,please be aware when buying this company has a terrible communication problem and save your money and buy reputable teams..KEEP CLEAR!!!
I saw plenty if good revirws for the indelying technology and then found a suitable seller of the tech leading me jere, to illum. 3 weeks of use, noticed lightening of dark circles, less puffy. Compliments of looking younger. Good price, effective, Easy to use
Appalling delivery time within the capital of an European Country.
I get a faster delivery from Australia and UK.
Terrible, don’t bother, shop elsewhere.

Had a great experience at the Armani stand. Nestor was such a delight he was so helpful and gave the right tips and tricks for foundation and concealers ! 😊

Bought expensive dress shoes. They gave me 2 left shoes, store closed when I found out at hotel, no shoes for my date. Now I am back in Jutland with 2 unusable left shoes.
Wrote customer service over a week ago, no response.
Overpriced and horrible service....

I have send A coplain via Mail twice, but no respond. The complain is about trousers that has a clear weaknes in the fabric and is broken after little use. I will not recomend this store.
One of the lady staff in Jimmy Choo section was really helpful and sweet. Hope to get this kind of service all time🙂

I came today to pick up a package. A lady (absolutely not a smiling person) said to me that my package was not there, I show her the app as a proof that it has been delivered this morning. She insisted to say it will arrived tomorrow, even if I could seen on her screen my package. Then she said I will received an email from Illum ?? which is not true of course.
Anyway, came back to work and talked with my colleague about my experience, and he kindly offer to go.
Guess what ? he came back with the package !
Dear lady if you dont like your job, if you dont like to be a part of customer care service because you dont like people who doesnt speak danish then change your job ! You are not a good person.

Extremely bad service at THE KOOPLES, was in mens store to purchase a gift for my husband and during my time in there the guy stood drinking his coffee and gossiping about confidential work issues with another employee from another store.
Really bad attitude from him and a pushy sales advisor. 0/10.

Sincerely unprofessional! Rolex is in high demand and that power is managed horribly in this store. Employees slander each other and lie left and right. Very surprising that an established company like Bucherer does not have better control over its business processes. It is always comical when a salesperson forgets that they are salespeople and not the manufacturer. Do yourself a favor and buy and have your timepiece serviced elsewhere.
I bought Red Valentino boots in Illum Shoes (2nd floor) for DKK 4.500. After two days one of the metallic buckles, holding the strap on the boot, cracked. I went back to Illum. The customer service was bellow average and it felt like I was an irritating problem for them. I got the metallic buckle replaced the same day however. One month after the incidence another of the buckles cracked. Now I had lost the confidence to the boots and wanted my money returned. What seemed to be a teenage clerk said that it would not be possible and twisted the problem saying that Illum needed to take my shoes for an undefined period of time in order to evaluate whether they could fix it themselves of send it back to the supplier. That meant that I was now without boots and without money to buy another boot?! Double problem. I made sure to express that I needed footwear by calling them and went back a few days later to find out about the progress on their decision. After 10 days I got my boots back with a replaced buckle (that took them 2 min. to replace the first time it happened). After having owned the boots for 2,5 month the thread and sewing between two pieces of leather broke and I went home with an open boot and wet socks. I called Illum and insisted in talking to the manager and explained the long process. The same evening I went back to Illum (for the 4th time) with the boots and the process of getting my money returned was quick.
Illum is based on a long history of fashion and quality. I went to Armani on second floor and got excellent service - and the James Bond smoking I was looking for!
