No delivery instructions were followed and not delivered to my unit door
They just threw the box in the mail room, despite my delivery instructions, the box wasn't delivered to my unit . Half of the packages delivered to the mail room were stolen. Lucky me the package wasn't stolen. Delivery time was acceptable.

Order #552090525, placed on June 8th. Expected delivery: July 2-6. Still nothing.
The only way to contact them is via their chat, and -as you guess- it is the never-ending loop with a bot that keeps repeating the same sentences again and again and again. You are told to contact your customs officer (wtf?) and the carrier. With the carrier it's the same story; it's all AI bots. When you say it is not possible to contact them, then guess what? the bot advises you to contact your customs officer and the carrier...
I'm soooo done... I'm just tired of that BS where the client has to run everywhere like a beheaded chicken to figure out what the problem with the delivery is.
I just want my money back and never hear from iHerb again...
I now realise the silver lining with all these chatbots is that I'm going to save so much money by reducing online shopping to the absolute bare minimum :)

I tried 3 times to make an order and…
I tried 3 times to make an order and every time it was put on hold then finally cancelled. I contacted them through email to find out why and after a lot of circuling the reason they said because I use a virtual address which delivers to lockers they will not send the parcel. They would not explain why. I have had delivery's from all over the world to my virtual address with no problems. I do not have an address to receive parcels easy which is why I use the virtual address as I told them repeatedly and repeatedly the just kept replying use your home address. Very unhelpful customer service and I advise anyone hear in Portugal never to order from iherb if your using the lockers for delivery. I will never be able use ihearb again because of this and to be honest nor would I wont to after my customer experience with them

Their minimum is $25 for free shipping which is awesome nowadays! They tell you in advance the expiration dates! Who else does that! They were so fast in shipping, too. Ordered over the (holiday) weekend and received today (Sunday)! My next order, placed today, is expected tomorrow! Awesome experience!

Hiorrible company
This is a horrible company. The delivery service iHerb uses is an "odd" carrier, not the usual ones. I did not recieve my package after weeks of delay. The carrier said the package was delivered. After several days, and a hard battle with Artificial Intelligence, I was granted a refund.
