The contact centre doesn't know it's a from its e, their tech clearly sucks big time, they promise to call back and do not. All of you reading, never ever ever transfer your business to this shoddy organization
Lost my wallet so called to cancel card. Automated message said calls may be answered within an hour. An hour to report a lost or stolen card is diabolical. All other banks answered within a couple of minutes.
