Very professional operation supplying a high-quality product. We had some large (3m+ tall) sliding doors as well as corner-glazing panels to go in and the whole process was incredible to watch (there was a robot crane!!). From the sales & admin side it went fairly smoothly - even though we had to endure some lengthy delays due to the country-wide supply-chain problems during 2022. ID Systems did well to mitigate this and proved flexible when we really needed their help. They have a showroom (no staff) in London too - which is super convenient. Recommended!

We love our windows and especially the front door. We are a new build project so the team at IDS worked with our architects to get it right. After that placing the order was easily, IDS were kindly flexible about installation date as there were delays. The installation team were polite, prompt, careful and tidy.

When renovating our home, we wanted to let in as much natural light as possible as well as have uninterrupted views of our back garden. We choose IDSystems for our windows and doors and are very happy with the installation. We like the look of the doors, the cutting-edge technology and the very high quality of both The Edge sliding door system as the French doors. We are very happy with the installation and the after-service and the professionalism of the installers -excellent experience!

Our architect told us about IDSystems when we asked him to recommend a company that had a high end window product. From the moment we picked up the telephone and spoke to Neil we knew we had picked the right company. Neil guided us through our design and every moment of the design stage. The paperwork which IDS use to help you get everything you want is very professional and leaves nothing to chance. We then liaised with Carl and Alan in production who are both extremely helpful and knowedgeable. IDS helped us keep our project on track by providing us with a small part of our purchase in super quick time which we are so grateful for. When the windows were fitted the two teams of fitters were amazing and took every care with the installation. They explained everything and worked so hard in very hot temperatures - we were very impressed. We now have the most amazing house extension with beautiful sliding doors - we went for "the edge" as our main triple sliders as well as a double slider and several sets of doors and fixed windows - triple glazing and roof lights. Everything is very high end and beautifully finished. We opted for a mid grey colour but you can choose any ral colour. They also have an after sales service and maintenance for your windows should you need it. Great products, great people. Five stars from us.

The team help us choose the right bifolds for the space. Providing a much slimmer design than competitors. 3 years of use, they look and work as good as new. The team went out of their way to provide us with a colour frame that had recently been discontinued.

I bought a house which contained walls of windows from ID Systems. Unfortunately the seller had not left keys for some doors and for non of the window locks. Was a smooth and simple process dealing with IDS to get new keys and locks. Also easy to transfer the warranty which was great. I also ordered a new front door and all was absolutely perfect. Very helpful, friendly and responsive.

My bi-fold doors are first class product which slide like a dream. The sales team were super helpful and the fitters were very professional, knowledgeable and offered great after care advice.

It's not often these days one can give a 5 star review - from our initial enquiry and subsequent negotiations with Klaudia to the final installation of our SF20 sliding glass doors, IDS provided exceptional service. IDS were available to discuss any issues and were so knowledgeable and helpful. The product was delivered on time and fitted without hassle. First class, professional service. My architect recommended ID Systems to me, and he was right to do so, an excellent finish using quality products, the roof lantern and bi fold doors really added to our existing home.

The Edge sliding doors we had installed a year ago are brilliant. They look beautiful and they work perfectly. The IDS service, advice and installation was excellent. There were some (covid related) delays in our building project (not related to IDS), meaning that installation of the doors was put back, but IDS could not have been more accommodating and helpful. We would recommend them as a company and a supplier. We are really pleased (5 stars).

I have been very impressed with IDSystems. I purchased a bi-fold aluminium triple glazed door as part of a new extension. The design process was simple and smooth. The door was delivered precisely on the day requested by our contractor. The fitters were very professional and installed the door quickly with minimal disruption. They even took time to explain the mechanism and cleaning process. Nothing was too much trouble, would use again.

Superb experience - IDsystems very helpful in specifying 2 sets of Bi-Fold doors for our extension. We went for Sunflex triple glazed with wood effect on the internals. Look beautiful and most importantly rock solid insulation even in extreme wind. Installation by IDSystems was smooth and efficient. As an owner of an architectural practice when designing my own extension I had no hesitation in appointing IDSystems to supply and install the aluminium sliding doors. IDSystem is an excellent company the bifold doors are as good as the ones in their showroom and it’s well worth being patient as with all good products there can be a waiting time.
