We had a great experience with IDSystems. Their Norfolk showroom impressed us, and the Sunflex 75e folding doors we purchased are stylish, high-quality, and a huge upgrade. Communication was excellent, and the installers were careful and professional.

We purchased 6 panel Vistaline doors, a matching 3 panel window and apex glass. Fantastic product and I am delighted with the doors, they are excellent, I love them.
The whole process from viewing the doors, to the sale process and then fitting was extremely professional.
I can not fault IDSystems and have no hesitation in recommending them as a brilliant provider of windows and doors.
They are not the cheapest, however having done a lot of research, they are the best!

I had two sets of sliding doors and a roof light fitted. The quality of the doors and their installation really is outstanding - I am extremely happy with the finished product. The slimline sliding doors really look amazing!

We recently had some bifold doors installed and they have totally transformed our extension. From the appointment in the show room through to the site survey and installation, everything has been fantastic. Customer service is excellent throughout the whole process and the product itself is exceptional. We’d previously looked at other companies offering similar products but the quality and standard of IDSystems totally won us over.

From the start of our project, the team at ID Systems were very helpful guiding us through the selection of the product, to colours and finishes. Survey of the site was good, and fitting by a very professional team was excellent. The product itself is outstanding (although we are still in our building project) and gives us the clear aspect we wanted, the sliding doors are sturdy and feel very secure.

Excellent company,easy to sort any questions out that we had and always answered the phone iff we needed them, they were very honest about the times between ordering and fitting and was very good at guiding us through every part of the process, the bifold door and windows we had fitted were everything we expected and more.

We bought our SunFlex 75 bifold doors off plan and agreed size prior to building work commencing. Ryan was my initial contact and he was extremely helpful and went through all the options and generated my order, he was great and gave me lots of information, requotes and always easily contactable. Pricing was very competitive and were 20% cheaper than another high spec bifold doors quote I obtained. The lead time is quite long at 10-12 weeks from point of ordering but this is due to the high quality product being in high demand, by ordering off plan the lead time started before we began building greatly improving our project completion and a huge bonus to ordering from IDSystem.

After finalising our order and signing contract documents I was regularly contacted by Stacey and Joshua with updates and they were always friendly, helpful and contactable to answer any questions I had.

Approx 2-3 weeks before my installation window i was contacted and given my final install date.

My installer finished their previous job early and came the day before due to commence after contacting me first to ask if it was possible. I was thrilled to have the doors started early! They were polite and friendly and very knowledgeable. The doors were finally completed on the planned day by 10am. They were extremely clean and perfectionist in the quality of their work. I was shown how to use the doors before they left and reminded to register my warranty.

Upon completion i noticed a minor detail was not what i expected, the lock I was expecting inside only but had arrived with both inside/outside locking. Some terminology used on the order form was different to what I’d been asked in email and led to some confusion. This is where IDSytem really shined for me, their customer service was exemplary. Unfortunately sometimes mistakes do happen but a company shows their true colours when there is a problem and IDS made me feel validated and instantly accepted the ambiguity and gave me multiple options to overcome the issue. They never once tried to blame me for the mistake. The issue was addressed promptly and following day followed up by Carl there CEO which shows how much customer satisfaction matters to them.

The final project is incredible and exceeded our expectations. We are in love with our new bifold doors. They are light and effortless to open, so light you can slide them with your little finger. They were installed in immaculate condition and we couldn’t be happier with them.

For me IDSystem best points were
1) Highly contactable staff at all times and dedicated handlers know your project.
2) High quality product installed to a high standard.
3) Outstanding customer service.

I would recommend IDSystem to anyone and will order from again in the future when the need arises.

I've used ID systems twice in the past two years for installs of a total of three sets of Sunflex bifolds. On both occasions the ordering, surveying and fitting processes have been very methodical and timely and the end results have been great. Aftersales service has also been very good and all the staff we have dealt with either on site or back in Norwich have been helpful. I'd use them again.
