Bad Bunny Advent Calendar or empty box?

I purchased a Bad Bunny advent calendar on 10-Oct-2025. They indicated fast shipping. By mid-November, I was chasing them. I finally received the calendar on 10-Dec-2025, too late to be of much use. Even worse, it was a plain white box, no calendar, no labels, nothing. I contacted the company and they offered me a $4 refund. Um, no. A full refund since you did not send what I purchased and you sent it late. I opened a case with PayPal and they are still disputing they have done anything wrong.

This company is selling a picture, not much else.
