Three things influence my opinion of a course provider: communication, friendliness of staff, and the quality of the study material. Ideal Schools met every requirement without exception. I had always wanted to take a payroll course, so I finally decided I would. However, it was difficult for me to locate a reliable online provider until I discovered Ideal Schools. It met all of these requirements and more. Nicky, my tutor, was excellent. She cared if I was stuck on a question, or needed clarification. She would often respond the same day, even late at night. Studying is expensive and you owe it to yourself when making a significant financial investment to find a course provider that sees you as a real person like Ideal Schools sees its students. Thank you to everyone at Ideal Schools for helping me to get my Diploma in Payroll Management.

I have completed my ICB L2 course and exams with Ideal Schools. The study pack they provide is an excellent resource for completing and passing the ICB exams. I have recently passed my L2, all my mocks as well as my final grade were distinction. The course pack explains everything really well and the tutors have always been there to help me whenever I get stuck. I have now started on L3 and although the work has gotten harder, I am happy to be doing it with Ideal schools as I am having the same great experience and feel confident the tutors and the study packs will give me what I need to pass the exams. I have recommended them to family and friends who are interested in this career path. I look forward to passing my L3 and eventually L4 Tax return modules so that I can set up my own business. It really has been an enjoyable experience for me and I feel satisfied that I have enrolled with the best out there for bookkeeping. Just completed AAT level 2 with Ideal schools, I have found the whole process from choosing which course provider to choose to the tutor support throughout really friendly and approachable. I am now studying payroll management and also moving on to AAT level 3 and 4.
I like the fact there's really no pressure and time constraints, I work full time and also have a busy family life so although I do set days times for study time sometimes that doesn't always go to plan so it has taken me longer than probably most people to complete. ideal schools are always supportive as well as the student support group.
