Satisfied customer in Belgium
We received the service which we expected from company TOMASI:
* Daily support by email to our technical questions in English.
* A fast offer concerning the international transport costs to Belgium.
* Tracking information was forwarded.
* The pacing of our ordered bathroom furniture was well done: wooden crate, individual packing with protective foil of each component, cardboard boxes, wrap foil around the complete crate, watertigh covering over the whole wooden crate, small components are packed seperately to prevent getting lost. Perfect!
* Condition of the furniture was ok, as informed beforehand.
* Price and deliverytime (+/- 1 week to Belgium) is acceptable to us.
