ID&C Wristbands Reviews 

Placed the initial order (#2200033112) was provided a tracking number. The order was changed to "delivered" by UPS, We never received the order and I initiated an investigation with UPS. I then requested a refund for the order and was contacted by Customer Service Rep. Marcy Butler on March 26, 2024, who asked if we wanted to have the order reproduced. I replied that I did and asked if the order could be expedited as we have several high profile events coming up. As of today's date, April 9th, 2024, I have not received a response and we have still not received the initial order. I have again requested that the order be refunded but again, I have not received any response from ID&C.

Ordered 50 eco matt lam doubled sided event badges for lanyards. Pleased with the printing quality of my design. Looked great and the client loved them. Spoke to customer service after i ordered to check it was received. Pleasent and helpful lady. Would use this company again.

The service I received from ID&C was excellent. They emailed me to make sure the design I wanted was correctly spaced along the wristbands and lanyards.
The items when they arrived I found to be of great quality.
I will definitely use ID&C in the future and highly recommend them.

Ordered lanyards for our high school hockey team. Ordering was super easy and when I reached out with concern I may not have them in time. The person I spoke to ensured me that it would be ready and I actually received them 2 days early. Would definitely order again and recommend to others!

This company is amazing. I was able to design completely custom conference badges and lanyards to my exact specifications thanks to great templates from ID&C, excellent feedback from Bear (a phenomenal designer at ID&C), and speedy production and shipping. The badges came back perfectly printed and beautiful on the first try. I cannot recommend these folks highly enough.

The quality of the lanyard is fantastic and arrived at the date they said they were going to. Their design team helped me layout exactly what our company needed. I would definitely reccomemnd them moving forward. I know I will be using them in the future!

Great quality and very reasonable prices. I used ID&C to print badges for an event I was hosting, and people literally asked to buy the extras I had on hand. They ship very fast as well.

The interface for uploading a design was very simple and worked really well; the turnaround time was blazing fast; and the quality was surprisingly excellent!

The quality of the fabric bands is very poor. The barrel lock frays the fabric. I would never buy them again

Then once I got to the design process for my order, that team made it so simple. They made sure everything was perfectly to my liking before sending my order on to production.

First time using this company. We ordered full color paper wristbands for an elementary school soccer tournament. Students had to wear them from Friday to Sunday to participate. I used our own artwork but their team contacted me when they caught an error. The bands arrived quicker than expected. They also lasted the entire weekend! I will definitely use them for future events.

I did a small run of the cloth wrist bands for my Bachelor trip and they turned out PERFECT! If you want to add on a special touch definitely choose the wood clasp. The builder was super easy to use but I recommend taking your time as they do not have a way to auto-level your text on the band. I'm already plotting when I'm going to purchase these again!

I ordered custom RFID cards from ID&C. Excellent quality and finish on the cards and they work seamlessly. I would highly suggest this company for all your custom RFID card needs. Great price and quick turn around time. I will be purchasing from again in the near future.

While the communication and design process was very good when ordering personalised lanyards, I was ultimately disappointed with the final product. The description stated the lanyards would be "full colour print" using a dye sublimation process for smooth printing. However, the black lanyards I received had a visible white base layer showing through and white stitching, making the colors look washed out rather than rich and vibrant.

This white base was not indicated anywhere in the product description or design approval, otherwise I would have opted for a lighter base colour. The refund offered was understandably minimal given the personalised nature, but did not make up for receiving a product that looked quite different from what was expected based on the ordering details.

I would recommend double checking product specifications and samples before ordering dark coloured lanyards to avoid the white base issue I encountered (I’m not sure if they offer sample service). The service was responsive, but the final product fell short of expectations.

The wristbands we ordered turned out phenomenally! The design – despite having very fine detail – printed perfectly on the fabric, didn't bleed, and felt as high a quality as any festival wristband I have ever received. I happened to wear mine for four days and didn't experience any irritation or discomfort. Will definitely be ordering for my event next year! The wristbands ended up shipping earlier than they were supposed to, which was a nice surprise.
