ID&C Wristbands Reviews 

I ordered Satin Sticky Passes (SKU SPS71100N6) for an upcoming event, the exact SKU as the year before (when I received genuine satin cloth passes), so I knew precisely what I was paying for and what ID&C's own website promises - "satin cloth passes" made from a material described as "industry standard satin cloth."

Before printing, ID&C sent me a proof to approve. They asked me to confirm the size. They said nothing about a material change.

When the passes arrived, they were plain white vinyl stickers. I asked ID&C directly whether this was an error. They said that they were awaiting a material restock and substituted vinyl because of a shortage, admitting outright they made this swap without telling me first. I would not have proceeded with the order for vinyl material.

Then, once I pushed for a proper resolution, I was told that "satin cloth" was simply their "naming convention" and the material was always vinyl, and that the vinyl was actually comparable quality that had "held up fine" on other orders. That directly contradicts what I received the year prior, and contradicts their own website's product description at the time of my order.

Rather than owning the mistake, their team argued with me about whether the product I received was good enough, as though my own event's requirements were theirs to overrule.

On top of that, their resolution offers were all designed to cost me money for their decision. A reprint before my deadline was declined. A refund was offered only if I paid for return shipping myself, on a product they admit they changed without my approval. A partial refund was offered only if I kept a product that fails to meet the standard I paid for.

I paid for satin cloth stickies, was shipped an unauthorized substitute, and then was argued with about quality I never asked their opinion on... *and* was asked to foot the bill for correcting their own error. I would think twice before trusting this company with anything time sensitive or material specific.

I have reported them to the BBB but short of a resolution there will file a chargeback. Buyer beware!

We ordered fabric bands with a sliding bead and are very happy with the product. The font and image printed very nicely on the fabric and has not faded or smuged after two weeks of wear. The fabric was long enough for all sized wrists and no issues of people wearing them. The sliding bead was perfect for our purpose of not wanting it locked on, so the wristband can be taken off and not ruined. Perfect for our Coachella themed Homecoming! Finally, shipping was exactly what was predicted from the production date.

Needed to order some printed silicone wrist bands and realised ID&C, who I'd used before for other items, offered this type of product as well. The process was really simple and the download templates really helped when being designed. The final product was great quality and delivery service allowed me to keep track of when it would be delivered. Thanks very much

Working with ID&C was great. The online ordering platform was easy to use and displayed turnaround time, which was helpful. It was a little difficult to get someone on the phone. Emails seemed to be the quickest way to communicate. Once you get a rep assigned, then a phone call works well.

I've been using ID&C and the express custom event passes for the past few years for all of my one off events. Price is very reasonable and competitive, turnaround time is fast and product is excellent. They always keep an eye on my designs and spot thing that need to be adjusted. Great customer service. No reason to go anywhere else!!

Great quality wristbands and they arrived on time.

FANTASTIC company was let down by another supplier and needed an urgent next-day delivery - the team answered my call and every question; under stress, as I was so destabilised by the last-minute issue with the other supplier! The lady on the call helped me identify what would be a good substitute I could get delivered the next morning - they offered clear advice, and in the end I saved £1400 v the other company (different item but in the end still worked perfectly!) WILL USE THIS COMPANY FOR MY NEXT EVENT 11/10 service and communication BRILLIANT !!
