I have made a review about this casino before. But after about 4 weeks of trying to get a withdrawal from them I finally did. Some of the problems are not there fault uk regulations. I have played the casino again first time lost but next time I won put a withdrawal request in and got it within two days. That’s why only 4 stars instead of 5. But there site is fab and lots of good games to choose from so if you send them all the information they need I would recommend there casino

They will find reasons not to get you paid. As for the support they have bugs in their game but never advise any players and keep them betting to steal money. (Seriously? Meaning security is at risk because they never test a game before publishing) At the end of the day, they will say payment will be all written off. The same issue, if you won, they will make it hard for the KYC verification or find a way or reasons not to get you paid. It's their negligence, not the player's.

Then i deposited money there in order to withdraw my money and all of a sudden they want photo of my id, my bank card, my bills and photo of me holdink id and bank card.

I asked them if they ask every customer for these things, because they previously said that no, and they replied with "We can not answer to this question"

Nothing. They don’t pay the prices! I have to wait a week to verify my account. After that i made a withdrawal 220 EUR, but after 6 working day waiting i was rejected. The reason was technical problems, but I don’t care about that i just want my money. Won’t Let you withdraw. They say that you have to go through a KYC-verification and I have provided all the paperwork they need but still after 4 weeks there are no signs of the withdraw.
