Unhelpful and rude customer service
I was given an Ibride tray which is supposed to be hung on the wall but the fixtures included don't appear to fit the product. Tried to find out if there was a knack to it or if they'd included the wrong hook, but after telling me the hook did fit the product (it doesn't), Ibride just stopped replying to my emails. Extremely disappointing given how expensive their products are for what are essentially cheap plastic trays.

Sorry about your little mishap with Ibride.
I'm quite surprised by your feedback. I'd like to point out that our trays are absolutely not made of plastic but of birch laminate. If your tray is in plastic, it is not an Ibride tray but a copy.
Also, if your tray has been given to you, it may be that the fastener does not fit, as the tray in question may be old. We changed our fastening system about 6 years ago.
