Mirror was cracked at the seams and when I reached out to customer support, no help was given, just a discount on a future purchase.

I love the mirrors but the return policy is awful. I accidently ordered the wrong mirror still in BOXES and IB Mirror would charge me an arm and a leg to return it so I won't be using them again.

Great products with great customer service! Will definitely purchase from this company again.

Poor customer service

One mirror arrived with a chip in the mirror. Not sure why or what the cause is. I had the mirror for about 2 weeks before we opened it so we could install it on the job. I'm sending a response today.

We tried to order the mirror 3 times and 3 times it came broken.

Nice mirrors, easy installation

The mirrors were packed incredibly well. My installers had no problem with installation and they dim properly. I love them. This is my second purchase and this time I put them in every bathroom in my new build!

I am an interior designer and have specified IB Mirrors many times for clients, they love them ! Recently I updated my own bathroom and used two Chic Oval Black frame mirrors 28 x 48. Every time I look at them I feel so happy that I had the opportunity to place them in my own home. This is definitely a 5 star +++ Product !

We are extremely happy with the towel warmer. It arrived quickly and in good condition. It installed easily. It works great. I highly recommend.

If you have a project that is months standing do not buy for IB Mirrors. They have a 14 day return policy that is absolutely ridiculous and will not bend for. The mirrors are still in the boxes and they wanted to charge me 2.25% for the ship[ping back to them upon approval of the return because it was past the 14 days. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the mirrors, they just will not take them back.
Any company that will not conform to the retailer should re-evaluate policy or just not have a business. Out of pocket is well over $1500. Thanks for nothing IB Mirror and I hope that one day this will teach you a lesson in better policies.

The mirror is absolutely beautiful!! Very satisfied with my choice. I was pleased with the packaging my mirror was shipped in. It was sturdy and secure.

The mirror doesn’t look like the photo they’ve advised, it made of plastic. I want to return it but they didn’t reply to my email and I know from the review it costs $100 to return that.
