AWFUL

Terrible company. Ordered 2 mobiles on Orange, they then took £42.76 from my account without informing me. No mobile's have appeared and I can't get through to them despite ringing dozens of times. Give them a wide berth! Ps. The money was took on their behalf by a co. called ADDENDUM, who I can't find any trace of

Avoid at all cost

Similar story to the review below. Ordered goods last September, they took my money last October. Order was then cancelled but they will not refund my money and ignore all correspondance. Trading standards have been informed.

cheap Prices, real stock and fast delivery! TOP SELLER!!

These guys really have VERY CHEAP prices. I bought the JBL Radial speakers, and i couldnt find better price anywhere!!!!
i bought another item, and it took five days to come cos it was out of stock. I called that amazingly helpful girl- her name is maggie- and she gave me accurate delivery date.

I`m happy with my experience and I will deal with them again for Xmas gifts!..

STAY WELL AWAY!

Well, I suppose it was too good to be true - They ring you with a great offer - You get a phone from them. You send in the proof of payment to show that you have paid your first bill and THEY will send a Free Laptop, £300 vouchers AND a 19" LCD TV with Freeview and DVD player. Wonderful! - Sent in god knows how many copies of my second bill to prove that I paid my first bill - Lost count of how many phone calls and emails I've sent to 'Mike' and 'Eric'- Customer Service is not in their vocabulary. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! - STAFF ARE APPALLING - CUSTOMER SERVICE NON EXISTANT - REPLIES TO EMAILS AND PHONES CALLS ARE NEVER RESPONDED TOO. Next stop for me is solicitors.

Avoid this website!

I will never use these people again! I ordered on the 12th of dec 08, the item was in stock, and they said it was dispatched on 15th dec, which was fine with me. on the 23rd i still had no order so tried to get in touch when i reviewed their holiday times and found they were still in work. i didnt get a reply until the 28th when i threatened small claims court to them. They then said it was dispatched on the 20th dec but 'must have got lost in the post.' By now, I think they're making it up as they go along. I then rang some american idiot who had no idea what was going on or how to deal with an unhappy customer in anyway. We ended the call saying he would email me straight back stating the availabilty of the product now. This never came. So I emailed back saying I wanted a re-fund immediately, they corresponded 2 days later, but I still dont have the money 3 days on. Do not use them, I think its a bunch of losers trying to be a company and make it big at the expense of the customers!!

Waste of time

From below.
Turns out that when they says they despatched the product they took payment for, it hadnt even been sent!
I received an email saying it hadnt even been in stock yesterday. So, when they said it had been despatched on the 18th, it hadnt, yet they have still took my payment. They even said it will be another 6 weeks until they send it-this was something I first bought on the 9th december!

Avoid this website unless you want to be lied to or have to wait over a month for whatever you bought.
