Extremely Disappointed with Ian Solar Bacolod

I had a very poor experience with Ian Solar Bacolod, particularly with salesperson Kylenne.

I was quoted PHP 5,000–6,000 for delivery to Santander. After paying in full, they suddenly increased the fee to PHP 11,000 — clear misleading information (violation of RA 7394, Article 50). After much back and forth, they offered PHP 7,000, but I insisted on the original agreement.

Delivery was delayed for hours because they prioritized another order, and I had to pay overtime fees to unload at 7 PM.

To make matters worse, some items were missing (MC4 connector set and bracket worth PHP 110). Instead of apologizing and sending replacements, they insisted they were right and blamed me.

The overall customer service was very poor — no accountability, no professionalism.
I cannot recommend Ian Solar Bacolod or Kylenne to anyone.
