Great service, I highly recommend! I had a MacBook with water damage and they were super knowledgable, friendly, helpful, and fast to help me solve my problem. They really had my best interest in mind-- a noticeable difference from where I'm from in the USA, where you feel all these stores are just out to get your money. Thanks guys!

i-Mac & More gave me amazing support and service after I bought a used MacBook from them. There were a few problems with the device that were covered by warranty, and even two months after the warranty was expired they repaired my device for free.

I would not recommend it. I personally checked the MacBook Pro 15" and everything was looking ok except for the trackpad, that felt a bit weird (not clicking properly). I told them about it and the guy who I spoke with told me that I could take it home, test it properly and if I felt like it needs to be adjusted, I could bring it back and they could take a look at it and fix it free of charge. I agreed so I bought it paying by card. So good so far.

After testing the laptop exhaustively on Sunday, I decided to take it back to the shop on Tuesday (the shop is closed on Mondays) so that they could try to fix it because it was pretty obvious that the trackpad was not working properly. They created a workshop invoice free of charge for me and they said that the very next day (today) would be ready to pick up.

So Wednesday evening I go there and he says that:
1- They have not fixed it.
2- They made a mistake and they sold me a 2015 model thinking it was a 2014 model.

So he says the shop has 3 days to cancel the purchase (which is a LIE) and that I have three options:
1- Get a refund.
2- Change it for another 2014 model (in worse state paying the same).
3- Pay 350 euros (the extra between 2014 and 2015 models).

I ended up taking the refund but they lied to me. They illegally kept my property and told me about 3 day cancel knowing I'm not Dutch and I would not now the law, so they took advantage of the fact that I am a foreigner.

I ended up buying the same laptop on iused.nl, which is a way more serious shop and it was cheaper, cleaner and working exceptionally fine from the very beginning.
