Just bought my second pair !

Just bought my second pair because my first pair had a trip in the washing machine. I thought they were done... charged them and the sound is still amazing except can't use the mic option anymore. Well it's my fault and I got a second pair and I'm still content with them. They fit super well in my ears (Airpods don't) and they are noise cancelling !! :)

Finally, had a quick chat with the customer service, it was efficient and easy.

Very good quality product, easy to start using and connecting with any device (pc, iPhone, iPad) !
Highly recommend !
The voice that says “disconnected” is a bit funny, seems slightly disappointed of the operation! 😁

Only one connects at a time

Only one earbud connects to a Bluetooth device at a time. Each earbud is its own connection—doesn’t make sense. I do like the fit and otherwise the product charges well and holds a charge but not great since you only use one at a time.

DON'T BUY THIS EARPHONES!!!!!

Don't buy this earphones. Took FOREVER to deliver, and now the left side one does't turn on since it died despite charging. SAVE YOUR MONEY PLEASE!!....anything EXCEPT this earphones is better.

Would not turn on

I bought the earbuds about two weeks before Christmas and they were supposed to come in 6-8 business days. They came 3 days after Christmas. After I received the package I tried to charge them but they would not charge. I could not even turn them on. After I tried to use the company's site in order to contact them and get reimbursed. I emailed them three different times and they never got back to me. I would not recommend buying this product. I think it is better to spend a little more money on a trusted company than to buy these earbuds.

No customer service.

I have reached out to this company over 4 times in the past month via their website request form to get a return shipping instruction. I have received no response. There is no way to contact bh phone even though they say they have 7/7 support.

DO NOT bother with this product or…

DO NOT bother with this product or company! When I received the ear pods, one didn't work and the other only pairs up half the time. I contacted the company right away(can only contact via email) and they said they would send me new ones and I should be receiving an email when they ship. Never got an email. Two weeks go by...nothing. I email them again they say that it was delivered and there was nothing they can do and it must have been stolen and to file a claim with the Post Office. My mail box requires a key...it was not stolen. It's been the most frustrating process(been 5 weeks) and I still don't have a refund or a working pair of ear phones. I'm telling you if you're gonna spend $50 dollars on ear phones, spend a few more bucks on a brand that doesn't rip you off/has products that work.

Don’t waste your money!

Please do not waste your money on these!! So many problems
1. Shipping was supposed to take 3-5 business days, it took a month and when I reached out to customer service they did nothing to address this
2. Most of the time the earphones do not connect together, you have to choose left or right 90% of the time
3. The material they have on the outside of the plastic, like a paper like film, gets sooo dirty. DON’T GET WHITE! I’ve used them a handful of times and never in “dirty” scenarios and they are not white anymore.
4. They are so loud, one bar of volume is almost too loud in my ears (and yes I’ve checked all my phone volume settings)
Not worth the $50 in any way.

Edit to reply to the companies reply:
1) I received an email after the order was placed stating that shipping was 4-8 days, not 15. Still it took 22 days to get to me.
2) I have not received an email from the company regarding the warranty as stated and also sent them an email last week regarding this and never received a response.
3) the dirt/smudges cling to the matte and do not come off with rubbing, I have tried Clorox wipes, wet towels/sponges, and a magic eraser.

3) Our matte white is delicate indeed, however dirty and stains come off really easily if you gently humidify a towel/sponge and rub the surface!

It's a Scam

Trusted Arie's endorsement--won't make that mistake again. The earbuds took a month to get here. As soon as I opened them, I knew I'd been had. This product is dime-store quality and barely even works. I paid $50 for this? Contacted the company FIVE TIMES via their very lurky website form (only way to presumably make a return), and each attempt to contact was ignored. This is a scam, their positive reviews are a scam, and Arie should be ashamed because dude you know you and Lauren ain't using this crappy product.

Do not recommend

I received the package in a decent amount of time so that was not an issues. Upon opening it, the right one worked great but the left one does not work. I’ve emailed them trying to get ahold of someone and they responded with making sure it was paired correctly. It’s easy to do that and it was, I believe it was not a connection issue. I’ve sent them another email and they have yet to respond to that. There is no phone number or a reliable email either. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

DON’T PURCHASE HYPURE HEADPHONES

The product was promised to be delivered in 3-5 business days and arrive before Christmas. It is been over a month and after reaching out, Hypure was unwilling to cancel my order and would only refund my money if I paid for return shipping. To say in the least I’m very dissatisfied with this purchase- it was not worth the hassle of worrying about receiving a product that I paid for long ago. They may have a good price point but go with a reputable company that actually allows reviews to be posted to their direct web sight. Don’t purchase Hypure headphones!

Bad Delivery Awesome Product!

The delivery took a month and a half but the product itself was very good. It comes in a nice box that includes the charger, extra ear tips, and instructions. The case is very lightweight and small making it perfect for travelling. It fits really nicely and is much more comfortable than headphones. Overall I’m quite pleased with the product and price, I just wish the delivery was better.

You’re lucky if you ever receive them

Ordered at the beginning of December. Got a shipping notification on the 8th, an “in transit” notification on the 23rd,it is the 30th and the tracking says it has not left California and a shipping label hasn’t even been created. Can’t believe I trusted a D-rated celeb’s endorsement of this company. I’m going to dispute the charge, waste of time and money on this company.

Where are these earbuds shipping from

Where are these earbuds shipping from? I ordered on Dec. 5 and have yet to receive it. I've emailed them twice and they reassured me i would have it by Christmas. Tracking system sucks. Has been sitting in California all this time. I'm disappointed.

I've been looking for a pair of…

I've been looking for a pair of wireless headphones for a while. I decided to buy the HYPURE. I couldn't be happier! After a day of listening, I usually forget I'm wearing the HYPURES because they are so comfortable! The sound is so good. I wouldn't hesitate to buy them again and recommend them to anyone looking for high quality sound!
