Scam company they blocked all card and said that it bank do for all type of card . Total moneys 275 $ was stealing from my cards . Their support answering me in very formaling way

I've had a long history of using their prepaid card service. Had some frustrating moments, some good moments too. The service does get simple tasks done, like using crypto to pay for amazon purchases and other stuff. However, if and when things go wrong, they take ages to resolve the issue and keep asking the same questions over and over again. In the end, they do sort everything out (even when it takes over a month) and i keep using the service because of simple KYC.

This company is a professional scammer. They hid my $13.98 refund and ended up stealing it. Their support is terrible.

Awful. I ordered a card and it took A YEAR to get to me. I've since had years of failed service, lies and stolen money with them.

Eventually, I was able to use it, but in the second year of use, despite taking a card payment fee, the card stopped working! Nobody would take it.

Customer service consistently lies that they've fixed it. I've sent proof after proof and they just keep lying.

When I ask for customer service IDs, name and contact phone numbers, I get deflection, avoidance and lying.

This is 100% a scam company. I'm certain the positive reviews are people paid to protect the company.

You may also wish to look into Hyper Fund, which was a company connected to Hyper Pay. They were busted for embezlement and stole millions in crypto funds.

I orderd a card they said it will take 24 hour but it tooks 72 hours still card not received.

Im one of the realest crypto users dont wanna be Ego Beta male but i started young age today its over a decade, i did EVERY EU CRYPTO related Company i know every crypto card, hyperpay is the one and only crypto credit card that rlly worked for me to this moment! They never asked me about AML etc. i literally Pay mine and my familys life with hyperpay cards . I wanna Kiss hyperpay Staff and invite them to my moms house to get some food

Don't ever use their visa cards, they charged me for a 400 dollar transaction that was refunded to me!

SCAMMERS STAY AWAY. THEY KEEP MY MONEY AND BANNED ME.

It's a fake company; their products are a scam.

I tried to top up my card (557 triplink) for $ 52 inside the HyperPay application, but a week later the replenishment was not processed, it was just written - processing. Also, the card as a whole stopped working and was added to ApplePay. Support in the application is disabled, and when trying to communicate via email, there is a feeling that the same inadequate person answers. I wrote to support more than 10 times, and each time I was answered off-topic, whether ignoring what I write, endlessly asking for the same information. This is bullying. After a week of trying to reach support, there was no help, and when I said that you just stole my money, I was added to the blacklist.

Worse credit card company I have ever dealt with. It took almost a year to get card due to Coronavirus. I got the card and activated it. I didn’t use the card right away. I finally made I store transaction. A few days later card was rejected at store and ATM. Contacted support and once I understood what they were asking me for, it still haven’t gotten my problem resolved . The telephone number on the card has to many numbers it’s useless. Get a crypto card where you can talk to a human if necessary.

Beware it's a scamming company will stole your money don't use any services from this company specifically visa cards.

THEY SCAMMED MY MONEY BY ADVERTISING NO FEES BUT THAN THEY TAKE SUCH HUGE AMOUNTS THIS SHOWS CLEARLY THIS IS A SHADY SCAM COMPANY DONT EVER USE THEM

I don't understand all these haters around here, I ordered HyperPay Virtual Visa Card and it has been issued less than 24 hours and I have used it as a payment method on some merchant and have purchased something, so this platform is totally legitimate, and by the way the support is also good and their staff will answer shortly. I suppose all these haters are from other companies because otherwise it's so ridiculously dumb to spread this kind of fake news about some good company.
They are safe and secure for sure.

My experience with hypermate and HyperCard is great and with app is fantastic because there are many functions.
