My parcel (Unger Ultra Hydropower) arrived damaged and already used. I've sent them a mail with pictures 5 days ago but I could only receive an automated mail. So far no solution for my problem.

Competitive price and excellent customer service. I recently bought a Leifheit cloth dryer (180*70*5cm) at hygi.de, one of the small plastic joints was damaged during the transit from Germany to Denmark. A replacement was arranged immediately and the defected one wasn’t required to return. I highly recommend this seller.

Never answered when the package was lost
It is not just that DHL sent the package to a wrong sorting center and lost one day.
It is not that DHL said that the package was delivered when that was not true.
It is that I was writing messages to hygi informing them about that situation and they NEVER answered me. At this moment, I still don't have the product nor the money.

You can buy with confidence from this site, the prices are very good, the shipping is a bit expensive for Italy (16,99) but It comes in 4/5 days. If I can only suggest that the site should be in English too to make easier the all process. Anyways a peasant transaction. Thank you, Danke!
