Poor Website information

The Hydropool website did not state which filters were compatible with which Hot Tubs so you have to guess. I then wrote to the customer support and asked for confirmation that the products I ordered were compatible with my hot tub. They failed to answer the question so I have no idea if they will fit. Waiting for the delivery to check.

First for a long time the chemical…

First for a long time the chemical dispenser was out of stock. When it came available I immediately ordered one. You accepted my payment and then did not deliver it with no further communication. When I checked the tracking it said it was coming next day. In fact it turned out to be out of stock again. It has taken months to get this and poor or no information from you. Very poor performance.

How do you contact this company?

I ordered, through the internet, two items: a new self clean chlorine dispenser and an additional air release valve (for my existing chlorine dispenser) for my hot tub.

When I opened the package the first item was there. The second was not.

For the past three days I have been trying to find a telephone number or an email address (that is live) to contact the company to ask for the air valve to been sent to me.

As I type, I have failed to find a point of contact for the company. I’m not impressed.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed. I have ordered two replacement filters for my hot tub and was only sent one - after contacting the company and providing evidence I was told the missing filter will be sent - this was on 15 October and I have been constantly chasing an update and there is zero response from customer service - I have no filer and no money. Appalling behaviour from the company
