The products are very nice but warning to any UK customers that there is a considerable and unexpected costs related to import duties and taxes that are not included in the pice of your purchase. Mine represented 40% of the price of the product I purchased.
I bought the very expensive black rucksack style bag from the HYDROGEN section in a well known department store in Singapore. I have used it a couple of times and it is already falling apart. It is very disappointing, given that this is sold as a sports bag and should be made for carrying sports equipment etc. How can this be falling apart ???
They used DHL to send their orders to UK and charged triple of normal tax duties. Please avoid this website if you purchase from UK.
