We have used Hyde Park Design for many years now. They are lovely people, always so helpful, amazing service and beautiful jewellery designed for you. We recommend them to everyone. Our family would not use anyone else.

We entrusted Paul & Sean with our engagement and wedding bands and were thrilled with the results. They helped us through the design process, the jewel procurement and made us the most perfect rings we could have wished for. AND at a significantly lesser cost than an equivalent ring from a high street shop.

But that’s not the reason why I feel compelled to write this review. It’s their personal service that goes above and beyond. Any problems? Pop back to the shop. Ring needs a resize? Pop back to the shop. Walking past and fancy giving your jewellery a professional clean? Pop in and say hello and they’ll do it with a smile. It’s like “once a customer, always a customer” and what could be better than that?!

This place is an absolute gem.... Excuse the pun 😉. I had a beautiful platinum diamond solitaire ring created here a few years ago. Ever since we've been popping back here regularly to get this ring and others cleaned for no charge. We always have a lovely chat and it's like a social occasion on our visits up to London. Always super friendly and professional service from all staff and I wouldn't hesitate recommending this place. Am so glad we were recommended this company and wouldn't go anywhere else for my jewellery.

I made my first visit to Hyde Park Design yesterday after been recommended by a family member. Paul and Sean were both so welcoming and helpful, I am very pleased with the work they did for me converting one of my Dad's rings into a ring I can wear.

I’ve been to Hyde Park Designs several times over the years. I’ve had sentimental pieces of jewellery made into lovely pendants and rings that I wear all the time. Visited Paul and Sean again this week and as always they delivered! I’ve recommended friends to use them because they do a great job, thanks boys.

Eloise and Paul were incredibly welcoming, patient, friendly and knowledgeable about the process of designing an engagement ring. Overall, I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a ring!

Paul and Sean were an absolute dream from start to finish. I began my correspondence with them whilst away in Mexico, despite the time difference, they were prompt in replying and so helpful. On my arrival back to London I had made an appointment to visit the store. They instantly made myself and my partner feel at ease as soon as they opened the door to us. They were informative, well explained and incredibly kind and helpful throughout our time in the premises. I couldn’t have wished for a better company or employees to help us with our ring. They thoroughly talked us through all the finer details of the ring and explained things in a way that we could understand and appreciate. I would 100% recommend them for anyone who’s looking at jewellers on Hatton Garden. They really are worth the visit. We will definitely be returning for any future purchases or help. Hyde & Park were recommended to me and made my rings over 10 years ago and went back recently to have them resized. As soon as I contacted them they were quick to reply, did an amazing job and I’m so pleased to be wearing my rings comfortably again.

We were recommended to Paul from our good friends who previously used him for their wedding rings, and we are so glad we did this. From the beginning it was clear that this was not about getting a sale and they also understood the budget they had to work with. Paul and Eloise initially spoke with us to explain the end to end process of what would be involved in getting the rings from us walking in to designing the ring, making the ring and us walking out happy with what has been created. They were very open and honest about the process and sat us down to talk us through the process of how a diamond is sourced and also how to identify what is a good diamond and the way in which it is certified. They also showed us the online market they use which shows us pricing so that we understood the pricing of the stones we looked at. During this visit Paul created a CAD design of the ring we wanted and also made the relevant adjustment to ensure that the ring would be wedfit, then the design was final and we got to see a 3D image of the ring on screen and Paul talked us through why certain elements work and why some don't, which was an excellent insight for us to understand. During this visit we were also shown the workshop to get an understanding of how the ring would be made.

From this both Paul and Eloise had gone above and beyond to source the stones required for our ring. On our next visit they had presented us with the stones that would be used, but not only that they had also printed a 3D ring in plastic to get a real idea of how the ring would look when complete, the newly sourced diamonds were placed in the ring and we could visualise what we were creating, following this meeting as all was agreed, the ring was created and we visited for one final time to try the ring on and once we were happy with the final product (we were over the moon). Eloise took some amazing pictures of the ring and sent them on to us. As stated above this experience was never just about selling us a ring, they took a full interest in our lives and our wedding preparations and also provided us with great advice and ideas not just for the wedding but our futures too. We will always be eternally grateful to Paul and Eloise for their help and would always highly recommend them to anyone.

Eloise, Paul and Sean have provided outstanding customer service during my purchase of a bespoke engagement ring. The journey started with a zoom call to understand my key requirements, followed by in depth discussions in person at their workshop in Hatton Garden. Not only did they provide a bespoke engagement ring which met and exceeded my requirements, I also learnt about diamonds and how to spot the good ones! My other half is over the moon with the ring Hyde Park Design have created. The team have the perfect balance of great customer service, product/market knowledge, design and creation. Hyde Park Design was amazing throughout the entire process of buying an engagement ring. Very consultative as well as knowledgeable as I wasn't very knowledgable, also without being salesy. I have a wedding ring and an eternity ring from Hyde Park Design. Over lockdown and not visiting the team to get them polished on my usual yearly visit a couple of the diamonds had come out. Hyde Park Design were amazing in repairing the rings all without charge (massive relief!) - they even polished up my engagement ring at the same time too!

The team at Hyde Park Design are exceptional. Both in terms of their knowledge and workmanship but also the care given to us when selecting our wedding rings.
