First time I have ordered from Hyde and Hare. The delivery was quick and my items packaged so beautifully with a real personal touch . The quality of the sheepskin rugs that I ordered are fabulous . Beautiful products , and so nice to know they are all sourced in the UK. I will definitely be ordering again, highly recommend the company and products .

I am completely delighted with my order from Hyde and Hare. The cushioned sheepskin pad looks wonderful and really makes our room ! The other one I ordered is destined for my dressing room (being decorated as I write). The cashmere socks I have admired in your catalogue are so gorgeous. I adore cashmere and I will be cosy and delight in them when we have our wood burning stove on in the evening. In fact, our sitting room is becoming an homage to Hyde and Hare! Deerskin ready for the floor as soon as this room is also decorated. - heating being installed tomorrow! The brush is a revelation - no more straggles in my sheepskins! It really does a brilliant job, better than I imagined. I’ve loved watching your business grow over the years and am a huge fan for life. Bought my 2nd sheepskin rug, they are both gorgeous.

The delivery and packaging was great, boxed up and wrapped in tissue paper. The rug is a warm and beautiful colour and feels really snuggly on my chair.

I'd recommend buying the brush to comb through your rug. When the weather's nice I take it outside, shake it and brush it, looks like new.

I purchased 3 Shearling cushions in Moonlight for our new sofa and they are absolutely beautiful. In fact, I loved them so much that I ordered 2 more! They are really beautifully made and so soft and comfortable. I love the Hyde and Hare products

Lovely company that I would highly recommend. I ordered a cowhide which arrived really quickly and was carefully packaged. The hide was outstanding and I was even sent a free gift of a beautiful pair of cashmere socks

I am very disappointed with my experience with Hyde & Hare.
I purchased a sheepskin rug and bean bag which later developed faults, including a broken zip. I contacted the company and was offered either a discount or a replacement. I chose a replacement and was instructed to return the items.
Because the items were large, I specifically checked the method of return in advance and followed the instructions given, using the postage label they supplied. The items were returned securely packaged and were already faulty at the time of return.
After receiving them, Hyde & Hare claimed the items were damaged in transit and stated they would not take responsibility, despite the faults being the reason for the return. They then said the items should have been returned in the original packaging — something that was never stated before the return.
I expected far better quality and customer service. Unfortunately, this experience has been stressful and unresolved, and I would not purchase from this company again.

Absolutely love my sheepskin rug from Hyde & Hare. So cosy and beautifully soft, it instantly makes a space feel warmer and more inviting. Honestly, I’d happily have one in every room and that’s my goal!

My sheepskin rug is beautiful- so soft and looks perfect! This company also has excellent customer service. I originally ordered the same product in a different colour, which didn’t work with my sofa. This was very easily exchanged, for an alternative colour.

Wow. The most beautiful products, even more beautiful than they look online. The most lovely packaging, attention to detail and such luxurious products. The quality is stunning - 11/10 from me.
