10 stars to SAM !

If we could give Sam 10 stars, it wouldn't be enough!!
He is extremely knowledgeable, very familiar with Canon cameras (and likely all others too) and is infinitely patient! He listened to our problems and heard our explanations thoughtfully, knew just how to check each of our cameras, and then found the problems in quick order. His willingness and ability to hear us was a breath of fresh air, since as older people we are so used to being largely condescended to. We will definitely continue to give Hunts our future business and again want to commend Sam's abilities and attention to our needs in a friendly and supportive way.
