Order never delivered, customer service not helpful at all.

Hunkemoller is a brand that brings absolute quality and style to your wardrobe. All items I’ve ever purchased have always been durable and great-fitting. Overall I do really love the brand.

For Christmas I bought the hot water bottle-toy rendier (rendier kruik) in Hunkemöller for my 9-year daughter, and two months later my daughter got ugly, big, dark brown pattern on her skin, on her belly. We went to the doctor at the end, and the doctor confirmed that this skin pigmentation disorder comes from sleeping and hugging with this rendier hot water kruik I have bought in Hunkemoller. We were in shock, we have forbidden our daughter to use this toy, and that was a tragedy for her of course. More than one month passed now, and my daughter still has some ugly pigmentation on her belly. It goes away but very slowly.
The company should provide a warning or at least a note to the customer when selling such things in their shops. Very sad that we were not aware of such effect of sleeping with the cute rendier-kruik.

This lingerie brand is so stylish, yet simple for day to day comfort. But also stock incredibly classy sexy lingerie. I love elegant lingerie, feel it’s very important for a women. It instantly helps me feel more confident when I wear it. It really starts of your outfit. Must buy!

It’s a lovely brand! Has lots of great styles and the best part is that it has a lot of sizes. It means I can get a bra for every occasion! Can’t wait to get more :))

When the delivery arrived we were charged £60+ in customs fees.

Hunkemoller aren't responding to contact attempts via online form or email. 3 attempts so far on the 10th,
17th & 30th March

They replied to this review asking for more information, it has now been 2 weeks after providing that information and I haven't heard anything else from them 🤬

I ordered several items, mainly lingerie bodies, I am a size 8 UK (or small) with a 36c bust, the bust part on all of the items is tiny!!!! Fits perfectly everywhere else, why assume that a size 8 has no boobs at all? Really bad fit, Frustrating.

My experience so far has been amazing! I absolutely love the app feels better searching for what I need or saving them to a wish list.

I really love shopping in the Hunkemöller stores. The staff is always very well informed and friendly. Recently I discovered the app and will surely order from it once or twice or even more ! The products are great and fit very well - also the quality doesn’t disappoint. It’s always very hard to find fitting products if you don’t have a common size.

I've bought a few items now and all are true to size and very comfortable. Hubby rather liked them too! Not sure why there are negative reviews, the service is excellent and really fast delivery. I'm already planning my next purchase.

I love this brand! They have such gorgeous underwear sets. They have such a great fit. They have always been true to size and very flattering with a variety of shapes and colours to suit every size and skin tone!
