Ordered two LiFePO4 batteries, each 12 volts and 100Ah with Bluetooth. After three months no Bluetooth connection with one battery possible. After consulting the customer service and technical assistence of Arrow and Wynona to solve the problem, a new battery was sent. Both batteries now are functional and performing in a RV. Thanks to the HumsiENK App on two cellphones I can teach friends and fellow campers how to use LiFePO4 batteries.

Bought a 150ah battery its a power house they also have great customer service

After purchasing 4, then 2 more 48v-100A batteries and had some small issues, the service support was outstanding! I'm off-grid at the moment and have been extremely happy with the performance of the batteries in supplying power to our temporary housing, a 45ft RV. Initial purchase was via Amazon and I've had these in operation now for about 7 months now.

It was purchase and forget. No worry just convenience.

I purchased a 314Ah 200A BMS Smart Mini LifePo4 battery for my Rapido 410 motorhome and it's charged from an MPPT Solar charger (400W), a DC DC charger and a 230V charger when plugged in.
I have just concluded a full capacity test of it using a 2000W Pure Sine Wave inverter running a 1Kw fan heater from 100% right down to 0%.
It achieved a total of 318Ahr as measured by my Victron SmartShunt and might have given a bit more except that I switched it off before BMS shut down the battery, as the voltage was dropping quickly.
I am absolutely amazed by this Humsienk battery and would definitely recommend it. The price was right and it delivered what it promised.

I also love the app that gives you all of the data about the battery over bluetooth - temperatures, cell voltages and alarms etc.
During the winter, I did see that when the temperatures were below freezing that it turned off charging so that was a good safety feature.
If installing any LifePo4, always remember to add your own ceramic fuse to the positive terminal - never rely completely on the BMS, even if it's as good as this one.

Humsienk makes a quality battery and their customer service responds quickly and thoroughly to questions and concerns.

Do not buy from this seller. If the product doesn't work for you, it takes forever for them to provide you return labels. Once confirmed they've received the product back, they do not give you your money back.

Good quality batterys and very compatible price

Absolutely amazing customer service, my questions were answered within 5 minutes. And the 314Ah Mini Smart battery I bought is really great. I tested loading it with a 2000w inverter at maximum power and 170A discharge current, and the battery lasted 2 hours. Quite a performance for such a small battery, the battery is not much bigger in dimensions than a basic car battery.

They showed up quick, they were a good price, showed up 50% charged, couldn’t have asked for anything better, I will be buying more in the future

I bought the Humsienk 12V 100Ah (1280Wh) LiFePO4 battery to build a DIY home backup power station, and I am extremely satisfied. The real capacity perfectly matches the declared specs (I verified this myself using a high-precision coulomb meter). It handles heavy loads easily through my inverter without any significant voltage drops, and the terminal build quality is solid and reliable. I use it to run my household electronics, TV/console setup, and even to charge another portable power station via DC during blackouts. Excellent value for money and a very stable power source. Highly recommend!

I have purchased 4 or these 12v 100AH lifepo4 batteries and use them to power my barn. So far I am very pleased with their performance, and customer support was very helpful assisting me with a set up problem.
