I’m only giving one star, cause you can’t give no stars!! I’ve had this company for over 10 years, they accidentally cancelled the wrong account, and refused to reactivate it. I had just paid the $104.89 membership, and they said we’ll sign you up again for $89!! No refund, so I’m supposed to pay double for an mis- communication of the cancelled service! I’m so livid with this company! Never going back, they are rude and annoying. Scam if I’ve ever seen!!!!

Got Hulu through a discounted black Friday deal with Disney+. Absolutely horrible. You get about 3 to 5 minutes of show and then 1 to 3 minutes of commercials. This is worse than TV in the 80s. I will never pay towards Hulu ever again when this subscription ends!

First off the buffering and inability to load shows is constant, a lot of shows have messed up aspect ratios and so the screen is tiny and doesn’t utilize the full TV screen, and the adds are long and constant unless you pay premium costs to not be bombarded by them constantly. Overall it’s one of the worst streaming platforms and I genuinely feel like the mistakes could be easily corrected. Anyone who is reading this, don’t pay for Hulu.

Ridiculous ads. Watching a show that is roughly 30 minute to 45 minute episodes. Each episodes have 3-5 adds that are between 2-3 minutes each. I'm spending almost half the show just watching ads.

Hulu has more ads than Gavin Newsom has people leaving his state. Trying to watch anything is like rubbing a pumice stone against your nipple every 4 minutes, because that's all the time you have until you get hit with another 2 more minutes of ads.

I wanted to upgrade to no ads because they air 26 minutes of ads an hour!!!! When I go to change it only gives me a bundle option. I don't want DISNEY. I don't like that company. Then I try to get live help on chat, that's cluster ....I HATE HULU. None of my other streaming apps has so many commercials. GREEDY!

Hulu has too many commercials. It’s like every 7 to 10 minutes. I tell ya how can you enjoy a program with so many commercials. Hulu has great shows especially shows you like to rewatch but come on Hulu. Oh wait you probably have to pay extra for commercial free… so annoying ! Step up your game and give us no or way less commercials. I end up shutting it off they become so annoying

Complete crap. The app, streaming on tv and laptop are completely unreliable. The ads are completely fùcked. The streaming is so bad you have to constantly refresh, which forces you back into a 3 ad minimum. Close the laptop and it jumps back like 7 episodes. Every time you skip forward you get more ads. Whoever is managing this service is a complete moron and should be drug out into the street to be tar and feathered.

Cant log in sent a code saying they would change my password then they sent another email or claimed to when all they will give me is a blank page on Hulu until I go through that page that they claim they've sent and I received no email. Hulu is bundled with Disney now and it's become complete trash. I've been trying for hours to get the bundle through charter to work with no results. Why would you even have a streaming service if you don't want people to use it, disgusting, repulsive business practies.

holy hell, id rather bathe myself in honey and jump into a pool full of wasps than use hulu. What a shit excuse for a shit show. Wow. Go use Netflix or anything hell. Go outside and poke a dead frog... anything is better than trying to use HULU. Friends, Under, Cold, Kites!!!

I have been a customer for more than five years. It is totally inconvenient that they will not take bank accounts for payment. It is 2026 time to get with the program.

First of all, Hulu has gotten very expensive to have live tv. They bundle it with Disney because Disney owns it but i never watch Disney . Then Hulu, who keeps raising their rates, has a show like Shrill and doesn’t renew it so you’re left with no ending to the show after watching three seasons! I’m looking for a cheaper alternative since i’m paying about $115 per month!

When you pause your subscription - even though it is paid beyond the pause date - Hulu resets your billing date to the date you paused/resume. In my example, my subscription was paid to April 2. I paused March 25. I resumed 3 months later on June 25. My next billing wasn't supposed to be until July 2. Yet they reset my billing to June 25 and my next billing will be July 25. Netflix didn't do this when I paused for 3 months. I wasn't aware that Hulu would do this. I am not happy about this.

I was appalled when I subscribed to Hulu yesterday specifically to watch the FIFA soccer match, only to discover after signing up that I would need to pay an additional $78 to access the game. That extra cost was not made clear upfront. Pricing and any additional fees should be transparent before customers subscribe, not after they've already committed. This was a very frustrating and disappointing experience.

I normally don't watch Hulu that much. I'm begining to watch it more. Now I understand why they don't have good reviews. I don't paid them each month to watch ads. I really think about canceling my subscription . If everyone cancel they won't have to worry about ads. I'm tired of companies doing what ever they please.

This the worst streaming service ever. Constant bugs and being logged out. Top that with 6-10 minutes of ads per episode that isn't even 30 mins itself seriously screw yall. After this month im canceling my subscription and taking my money elsewhere. I hope yall seriously get boycotted and I hope the person who made these decisions meets a terrible end.

We had Hulu+ for years, loved. Last June I called to change our email address, that was a mistake. They created another account. When I finally figured it out, unfortunately 9 months later and almost $1000.00, I called. Their response was they could only credit me for 4 months and that I would have to go to my credit card company to file a claim. Well that doesn’t work. Now I know why they don’t what to send out paper statements. Yes, it is partially my fault, I would see one charge one the statement and move one. Well not anymore. I am out almost $600.00 and they couldn’t care less. Will never sign up with them again. Went to Disney and signed up with them and add Philo for $35.00 and have the same programs and more. Good bye Hulu+!

Hulu is a terrible company that pads content with ads when you're already paying to access it. It's pathetic and nobody should support this sort of practice
