As a dog walker, on Wednesday I came across items of furniture, including a 3 piece suite and cupboards in a wooded area in the park. The culprits had arranged the items like a "living room", some surrounding trees were also burnt from an open fire!!
I contacted the council, spoke to a lovely gentleman, reported the information above. Today (Friday), I visited the area again with my dog. I was very happy to see all items removed and the area fully cleared.

Impossible to speak to a human being website malfunctions that could easily rectified become a nightmare still unsolved

The back garden fence 2 top beams have rotted and both have split now they have been temporary repaired with a clothes line. When my mum went in to report that the beams need to be replaced she was told that they have to be replaced by yourself and council only replaced when new tenants move in to a property. The 2 alcove corners in the house had damp on the walls which was treated but the floor in the alcoves is damp and hasn't been treated and slugs are coming through any which way they can. WHAT DO WE PAY RENT FOR HULL CC?

Took £50 off me for me to get some simple information about planning application. Just put us off doing anything. More obstacles than answers for to simply change three inserts in a bay window. Wanted architect drawings. Ridiculous.

Out of date info on the Website .poor communication. Email replirs proberbly from the most unhelpful persons employed by them although if there all like that then that's why the city is in such a state especially the town centre.
